Prabhu Web Solutions — Bad website maintenance & hosting

Unfortunately we gave the responsibility of our website designing and maintenance to these guys. And again we made the blunder to renew services after getting assurance from them that services will be improved. you have to send them atleast 10 - 20 mails to get some changes done in website. Every month website will be down for one reason or the other. And they dont inform you that website is down. There approach is very casual. We give our clients web link to check the work we are doing and they complain that our website is down. They are the most UN RELIABLE GUYS in this industry. You will see them getting some awards in there website but I really doubt there competence in getting these awards. They should be blacklisted from this service industry.

This is not correct. We are giving best web services in Delhi/NCR. If any website is down for 05 min then this not means that we are not giving best web services.
