we have booked ticket for visit from bangaore to goa for our onward journey on 7.10.2016 & return by 7.10.2016.

Subsequently trip was cancelled by airliner and we are issued with flight cancellation refund receipt on 23.03.2017. Once again we are asked to give account details which was done by us on 23.03.2017.We have been following with air peagassus.

On 24.03.2017 air peagassus official has sent e mail to you requesting for issue of noc, so that airliner may settle our
claim of refund.

We have been requesting for noc.But till now your office have failed to respond, for best reasons known to you.In case we don't receive any response with in 10.05.2017 we prefer to proceed legally for which you only is responsible.

Please don't harass public for their hard earned money.Hope to gat favorable response
