Respected sir, i am manjula panigrahi successfully cleared the assessment for the job role of self employed tailor with system identification number jk[protected]a on 7 feb 2019 under pmkvy. But i have not rec'd any stipend amount yet. I have already registered a complaint to mr nitin jhamb, (Dealing incharge) of nsdc, new delhi via email and tele, but they have not yet cleared the issue.in this regard i request your kind honour to do the needful as soon as possible. I have complained to Mr Nitin Jhamb, NSDC Delhi on his email id [email protected] for 5 times, he told that "Due to technical issues at PFMS end this payout is stuck, we are further coordinating with PFMS team to get the issue resolved on Priority" on 19 Feb 2020. But the case has not been finalised at their end

Earlier, I have submitted a complaint to Mr Nitin Jhamb, NSDC Delhi regarding said matter on email id niti.[protected]@nsdcindia.org on 19 Feb 2020.
