I am from the staff of pmkvy under nsdc from shiva market pitampura. They are running fraud institute and the staff have not get the salary of 5 to 6 month before lockdown. They told that they are not getting amount from state government. They assured us to give salary when they get payment from state government. I dont know that they have got payment or not. But we want our salary they upload false data of students. They dont provide study material nd dress to students. Please help our staff to get our salary.

Yeh pmkvy jobs ke name se hum sab ko pagal bnna te hai... Starting me kaha ke govt. Apko 85000rs de rahe hai laptop aur mobile ke Lyea... Fir kaha k apke account me send nahi ho rahe aapka account saving account hai jis ke lyea 3250rs pay karne ho gye... Fir kaha ke transfer nahi ho rahe aapka account current account me transfer karna ho ga aapko 14500rs pay karne ho ge... fir kaha ke RBI ne apka account hold kar lyea hai aapko tax pay karna ho ga 17460rs ... Fir kaha transfer nahi ho rahe aapke cheque ko cash me convert karna ho ga jis ke lyea charges pay karne ho ge 22500rs 2 bar means 45000rs... Fir kaha ke RBI ne tax laga diya 38200rs pay karne ho gaye... Esse kar ke 1 lakh 20 hajar rs le lyea hum se... Fir v abhi tak koi paise nahi aye account me... Be aware of it...

As we did a course of "headset repairing" one year before from pmkvy, digboi jyotsana complex centre and had attended the exam too. I got the certificate of the exam and a blank id card after 6 months from the appearing of the exam which is not fair. The case is - they had also told us about the stipend which would be paid after the completion of the exam. But now it's been more than one year of the exam and we still didn't get any stipend and also the head of the institution is contactless. They had told us about 100% free education and stipend will be provided, in that case we bought many equipments for practicals, as we belong to poor family so this is not less for us.

Since it being too long. Money is not been provided to us (8000) even though we have submitted our bank details, i'd proofs etc. We were from mobile repairing department.

The p. M. K. V. Y centre i am speaking about is in digboi, assam situated in jyotsna complex. They said we will get an amount of 8000 after training. We (About 30 students) got everything except id card (We got but it was blank) and money for a startup. As money plays an important role in investment. We were in mobile repairing department of 2019. They took every bank details including aadhar card but still, we haven't got any money. Please help us to get justice.

I’m Rahul kumar patel enroll under PMKVY (sscpwd) course. Which is located in sehore. Also they promised to credit Rs 5000/- in our bank account (Reward money) for our conveyance exp. But even today after 12 months of complete of course we didn’t get our money refunded and the amount. They promised to transfer in your bank account. None of the student of my batch to provided to job opportunity.
We are many time to contact institute but there staff every time ignore problems and told to contact to there and here and wasted of my time

Informing that I am selected for home based job . You have to pay registration fee amount of 1550rs . It is refundable .they send all norms and conditions. I paid. Next day she called and said you have pay 4200 rs for parcel . I paid .
Then she give me this number Arun Saxena [protected] said talk to my senior. He said we are in chandigarh office.
After two days they want insurance fee 5400rs after that they will send parcel to me. I said I don't want to continue. They said 1550rs for cancellation. I paid .after 30 minuts I received this message.

Tomorrow call from pmkvyj n they told me i am selected a job. They ask me some information. Bank id, account holder name... 85 thousand give me e in my bank account and i buy some electronic items they told me.. And monthly paid 26 thousand my salary...

I received 2 SMS (VJ-PMKVYJ) stating that I have been selecetd for a job which I applied on your website. They asked me to contact another number [protected] or [protected]). I called up on [protected] and spoke to a person who told me his name was alok kumar
He said that I was selected for the job company is providing the funds of 85, 000 in my bank account which will be used to purchase a laptop and a mobile phone. After sometime I received SMS that check subject to clearing, transaction not successfull.
After that Alok Kumar called me stating that my account needs to be reverified from RBI as the amount is over 50, 000 the bank is not accepting it for which I will have to pay Rs 3, 250 (3, 000 will be refunded by RBI once the acocunt is verified) in Denesh Sarabat's account (details provided through SMS). He even made me speak to some Mr Sharma who introduced me as the SBI cashier.
I paid the amount 3, 250 and sent the details to Alok Kumar and another Whatsapp number - [protected]). After sometime I received a call from Alok Kumar stating that he will ask the company to make 2 separate checks of 45, 000 & 40, 000 that will attract a charge of 400 however I will have to pay 7, 400 (7, 000 will be refunded once the check is cleared into my account).
I told them that I do not have money to pay however they tried to convince me to borrow funds from someone otherwise the check will be rejected.
I received a call from Rahul Kumar Srivaste -[protected] asking me to send 7, 400 by 7.00pm immediately or else the check will not clear. I told him I do not have funds so will try to borrow from someone tomorrow for which he said the bank will charge late fee of 1, 200, that I need to pay along with 7, 400 by 11.00 on Saturday. To prove that they are genuine people Rahul Kumar sent me his Aadhar Card copy.
Rahul Kumar informed me that they have sent me the Joining kit, 16gb memory card, Idea SIM and appointment letter by DTDC courier however no document number was provided.
He later sent me a phone number-[protected] and told me that the courier person will deliver the package by 2.00pm. When I called up this number the person said he is on the bike and will call back after half an hour. But I did not received any call nor did he answer my calls. Rahul Kumar (said he the company MD and Alok Kumar works under him) and Alok Kumar were insisting to make the payment of 8, 600 so the check of 85, 000 can be cleared and I can get the funds along with 3, 000. However I got suspicious as no courier arrived or no response from his side. He also said once I purchase the laptop and mobile I need to end the bills to the whatsapp number and he will send someone who will explain me the procedure how to work.
I called up Alok Kumar and told him that Rahul Kumar is not answering my call he said will wil speak to him and call back but after that no call received from their side.
All the people are Hindi speaking (Bihari accent) and they told me that they are based in Bangalore.
This is a case of cheating as they have created a website similar (http://pmkvyjob.com/) to Central Govt website (http://pmkvyofficial.org/) because of which people are confused and they dupe people of their hard earned money.
I want a strick action against such people.

I received a text from quickr.com about an sms sending job under pradhan mantri kaushal vikas yojana, as it sounded genuine i contacted the person and he told me he will pay me rs.85, 000/ to my account and i will have to buy a laptop and mobile phone did that money and start my job. It sounded fishy but as it had a govt babe i thought it might be reliable, so i sent my details. Now then i received a text saying cheque not cleared and i forwarded the same message to the person and he said i have to pay rs3250/ to a certain account to get my cheque cleared. To which i disagreed, because i am not willing to pay any money to anyone i don't know and i don't even know if he is really representing the govt firm.
He threatens me that he will send me notice and recover the money. Kindly hello me in this matter.

The management of chebrolu engg college uploaded 500 regular b. Tech students data under pmkvy scheme instead of outside unemployees. And there is no training program to anybody. Simply they upload their regular tudent details and utilise sanctioned amount for thier institution activities instead of proper training. If necessary compare adhar details of thier regular students with pmkvy uploaded data..
It is too fraud sir. And also mis usage of government valuable funds..
Please respond and take necessary action on them..

I hearby information you that i have done rsa course in pmkk assam panjabari but.. They are not giving job anyone in our class.. I think they are doing something wrong.. So i request you.. Very respectfully beg to inform you that our TC ID – TC021514 has been created in the 17th March 2017 and as per your guidelines we have prepared our training center for skill development program, But unfortunately when we were trying to submit the CAAF in the month of July we were unable to complete the procedure due to your maintenance work, and finally we have submitted the CAAF on 20th October 2017, thereafter we have got notification of DEEM READY, Inspection date has been assigned to us and finally our centre has been marked as conditionally accredited on 19/01/2018.

But unfortunately we have not got any target till date, on the other hand, we have already invested much money to make infrastructure with building, furniture, equipments, furnishing etc and have appointed a lot of persons as the staff of the center but approximately 6 months have expired since the beginning for which we have been suffering because having little own capital we were bound to take huge amount of loan from banks or private financiers.

Being in this situation we could not expect that after receiving the affiliation from you we will have to wait for a long time for a further green signal of “TARGET” to start the usual program of imparting lesson. We are looking forward to hear the final order for starting the class because we are also going too frustrated day by day. Please think over our plight and suffering very deliberately so that we can come out of such keen barrier and helplessness and can fulfill the pious objects for country’s development and people’s welfare.

As per government instruction we have followed the notification which stated that the final report of target allocation will be released before 30th June 2018, But till date there is no such information at all. We are at a loss as we have invested huge amount of borrowed money to make the infrastructure of the institute as ordered and required by the government. The more the process will be delayed the more we will have to face financial problem. We are thinking how we can come out of this financial trap into which we have been awfully marged.Please do soon what is to be done so that we can start our program and get benefit.

What is this?

It's far better for us if you told that you will not supply any target in any non bjp state, at least we haven't invested such huge amount to the infrastructure, staff salary, electricity bill etc since 2017, Now what should we do in this situation?, Suicide ?Who will take care of our family?

I want to join fashion designing course offered by pmkvy but training center liberty institute of fashion designing nagpur is not providing any information about this course i went to training institutes many times but they said it has not been started yet whenever it will start will inform you i made up many calls but they guys didn't give any single information about admissions procedure and courses.

I am doing a complain against some trainers who work under koushal vikas yojna a trainer who went home of many divyang to take admission to teach basic computer course and he said us that we will give certificate and 175 ru. par day to come in the class and traning will be of 60 days they also said that thare is no need to come continue for attendance they will manage that's way many poor students joined this class we have given exam in december last year thay teach us the basic computer course in H.C. Lab in sadar but they didn't give us result or certificate to us till now thos students went for exam from them thay failed some students and who didn't come in the exam they passed them with very good percentage when we said that we will complain than they give certificate only a few students not to all now thay are saying that who's attendance is more only he will get certificate but in the starting thay said that thay will manage attendance which students got certificate thay also didn't get any scholarship mostly students joined class only for scholarship because thay are very poor and thay were need of this scholarship for there education but now nobody is getting any certificate or scholarship this matter is not only of some certificate or scholarship the main thing is they cheated divyang candidates because they get commission for par student admission from them a trainer tolled us that's way we are requesting you to something in this matter we know only one trainer as a head rakesh sharma sir - [protected]

I am from nagaon but nagaon have 2 and 3 pmkvy centre but any centre donot gst course offered by prime minister narendra modi ji. Please give gst course in nagaon all pmkvy center.in nagaon town all pmkvy center offer hard ware eletronics but any one have most game changer course gst. All the people have gst new concept because gst course most important course in pmkvy free course list. But another district of assam have already offered gst couse for all of you but nagaon gst course is not avaliable till now. Please provide gst free course all registered pmkvy center in nagaon town. Please be careful while you do data entry work
This company gives the work by getting registration amount of 1480, joining firm and service level agreements
After we complete the work they will tell us to pay gst amount and they will refund with salary like that. Continuously like this they will say plenty of charges but they won't refund us the paid money nor the salary. They will tell they will make the payment through the attached company name but they never do. I lost around 80000/- from this company. Within 45days they say they will refund but even after that they never refund.
