Pradip Shaw — 3d scanner. defective. seller not respond

On 28.3.19 i bought a 3d scanner from zyl tech store for $151.24 and they have sent me a defective product they have sent me the driver but it is not working with the product i have mailed them 10 times for the return but they are not responding. And i want return it but they are not responding for returning the product and the refund so please arrange for the return and refund. I am very frequent buyer of ali express and this time it is a very bad experience please take necessary action immediately for refunding my money back and return your product back your dispute button has not opened even after 15 days
