Description: Cheating and misleading information and fraud

Background:
1) few month ago i had update resume for CQA and QC in pharmaceutical company on shine .Accordingly I got call from shine services ( but actually pragati placement) near about date 18/06/2018 to 19/06/2018 and one lady (Mrs.Tanishka ) she calling and told i am calling from me shine services and we have available vacancy for CQA in Lupin pharma
2) She lady told me register your name and you will paid fees 2500 ruppes, and i had register fee on dated 20/06/2018 but they didn't get fee so i had again next day on dated 21/06/2018 again paid registration fee 2500 rupees
3)Again next day she has call me and connected with her senior lady for next procedure but here again she senior lady demanded for verification and live interview you pay 50000 rupees and on dated 25/06/2018 i had paid 50000 rupees through www.cvjobs.in and that time i have observed money transferred on Pragati placement but i had ignore
4)After that Mrs Tanishka again call me, she told me your interview on Lupin HR Mr.Ajay Shrivastav and connected me after he has demanded me percentage so i had again paid through www.cvjobs.in.
5) He has told me within 3 days walk in interview arranged and you are ready for this activity but i didn't received any call from company or placement for 10 days
6) On these basis i had contact them but they have not receive my call and after receiving call give improper information me like as misleading information and misbehavior, sometime they switch off mobile.
i think they are cheating me, fraud and misleading information.
7) So many time i had contact them through mail but they didn't reply me

Dear team,

Its almost a year i spoke with them now their website (Phclindia.com) is not working. All their numbers are discontinued. Even the mumbai branches are closed as went to check there and found no body.

Might be their delhi head office is also closed. No response from them and the emails are also getting bounced.

Whether can we lodge a police complaint.

I had paid to pragati consultancy director mr. Kumar 37 thousands and when i am trying to reach to them none of their phone numbers are working and i unable to speak to anyone. I am not sure whether they closed the consultancy or they are fraud. I need my refund to send to me as soon as possible. Your response is really appreciated.

I had paid to pragati consultancy director mr. Kumar 75 thousands and when i am trying to reach to them none of their phone numbers are working and i unable to speak to anyone. Dear team,

Enrolled with pragati (Phcl) mumbai by paying 80k. Everything seems to be fine till that payment.

During the process not able to get them on line and not getting proper response even in mail. Even after the wes report not single response from them.

Tried to contact the director mr. Kumar. During this period of 1 year not even a single time he came on the call. His direct mobile no is also with staff's.

During this period almost 4 or 5 case managers changed. Other than one mrigya no one responded.

Even don't know whether their mumbai branches (Powai & airoli) are operating now.

We are thinking about increasing our lifestyle or career but our hopes are spoiled by this companies. Took loan for the payment. But no luck stucked up with phcl.

I want the refund of my hard earned money.

As per one of my friend feedback. I contact mr. Karan (Paragati consulting services). He took my information and promise to proceed for immigration to canada. He was in touch for all most one year and i provide them all required details including fees. After getting fee. He changed his moile no, email id. Even their office phone also nt working. They promise me to provide job in canada and they took 84000 rupees from me. But now no email and all their phone no are not working. Someone can help me to get back my money.
Is there someone who can help me to take my money back.

I found his no at olx.com, I want to a job so that's way I contacted him, that person assured me that he will give a job in kirloskar brothers as an manufacturing engineer at salary package 20000 per month, and asked me to give money for that so I beloved him and paid for first 1500 rs, so I paid I borrowed that money from my friends, I needed jobs my family conditions is not so good that's why I did this but they cheated me, , , , after giving 1500 they demanded me to send some of 2500 rs for further process and again I paid, , but after that they not recived my calls and when I called him they disconnect...my situations is very criticals please help me, , i m going to provide there details like add-they gave me and a/c no in which I deposite and mobile no...
