EPF settlement

dear sir/mam,

I worked with a company named Schaefer Systems International Pvt Ltd, (J.B.Nagar, Andheri east,Mumbai) .I left that company in Aug 09 .They submitted my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai on 28/01/2010.

I was told by their financial consultant that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then.Last month, when I contacted their EPF advisor,he told that EPF office needs one cancelled cheque. I sent that thru courier to Schaefer;s address in Andheri (East) last month itself. But today,when I called the consultant, he denied having received any such cheque from Schaefer.When I tried to contact them, he did not respond.

Already that company is having a bad reputation. Country Manager & Financial consultant ,both are misusing company's funds for personal gains. Also , harassment for employees working here. 5-6 persons already being forced to resign within One year in this MNC(German Joint Venture).

In my case, I was forced to leave and both threatened to spoil my career.I have sufficient evidence to prove this.

Anyhow, I am out of that horrible experience.

I have just one request to EPF deptt to settle my PF account.


My PF no is MH/211649/3.


Please do the needful.
