I paid advance brokerage rs 30000/- in cash (Deal was done 100000/- brokerage) on faith against deal of my residential appartment without any agreement. Third party given me signed cheque of rs 200000/- as token amount infront of him and requested me to put the cheque in bank after 3 days. Prakash bapuraoji manwar also mentioned that, if any difficulty to complete the deal, i will pay back the money immediately. Third party is also giving excuse to clearing the cheque. Prakash manwar is fraud estate agent in Nagpur he cheated many people in Nagpur and Pune cheated he issues fake cheque and demands cash money for few days then switch off his mobile he and his fake customer will issue fake cheque for sale of property
