Prakash Bapuraoji Manwar is a fraud real estate agent. He has contacted me with fake name of Kishore Nistane. He has duped us by giving us fake cheque of 10 lac from a fake buyer Ashwin Ladge. We have confirmed with cheque issuer bank that Ashwin Ladge don't have any amount in his account and he has been giving similar fake cheques to other people. Prakash Bapuraoji Manwar has asked us 50K cash as a advance brokerage for one property and 60K through gpay for another property. Now Prakash is giving excuses that Ladge's father got heart attack and that's why he is not able to arrange the money.

The person contacted me over phone as real state agent, introduce 1 person who was interested to purchase my house in wardha, did all formalities for agreement, prepared agreement and received cheque, transferred RS 55000 to prakash manwar as brokerage . But cheque bounced and now he is out of reach,

I have been cheated by Mr Prakash Manwar in the same manner as others.

He told me your flat is sold @40 L. I will pay you 30L and 2L will be my commission. I was trying to negotiate then he asked me for property card and tax receipt. I was not having it then he asked to to pay ₹30k for settlement of tax and property card. I paid ₹5k and his number become unreachable!

I paid advance brokerage rs 30000/- in cash (Deal was done 100000/- brokerage) on faith against deal of my residential appartment without any agreement. Third party given me signed cheque of rs 200000/- as token amount infront of him and requested me to put the cheque in bank after 3 days. Prakash bapuraoji manwar also mentioned that, if any difficulty to complete the deal, i will pay back the money immediately. Third party is also giving excuse to clearing the cheque.
