I have booked my TVS moped scooty vide way bill No. [protected] dtd. 19/05/2015 from Nagpur to Pune. I confirmed from booking clerk that the said vehicle has been loaded in Maharashtra express on 20/05/2015 but the same is not yet reached at Pune. After contacting personally by my daughter at your Pune parcel office on 21/5/2015 they informed that the vehicle is not reached. She requested to give any contact number for enquiry but they refused to do so. Daily visit to Railway office to search for vehicle is just impossible for my daughter as she is staying about 20 Km away from Railway station. Therefore kindly requested to give me your pune office contact number and if possible pl direct your Pune parcel office personnel to inform me status of my consignment on my mobile No. [protected]. I have also tried on your site of railway parcel tracking but unloading date is not appeared their. Please cooperate me as the said vehicle is urgently required.
