Pranali Gurav — Im not getting my refund

My order no.is [protected] My order has been canceled by the zomato.I have still not received any refund. Neither there customer care helpline is working since that time.

A. You are not delivering customer's order of food when you claim you will.
B. After waiting for almost hours I had to place another order using a different vendor.
C. After a lot of hardships I was able to contact Zomato through their chat support platform & they ensured me the refund of my money which I already paid them while placing online food order.

Please don't cheat consumer in the name of online delivery & than looting them of their rightful claim of their refunded money. Hope this message find its source & I would be able to receive my refund.
