Pranav Construction Systems — Salary not paid

I had been working with pranav construction system pvt. Ltd. From 7th nov, 2016 to 18th dec, 2016 (Total 41 days). After joining i read lots of former employees complaints against company regarding salary not paid for last 3 months, form-16, tax not paid etc. Then i realize that company are not paying salary on time (Taking 2 to 3 months) & not good for employees. I was request lots of time for salary till 16th dec, 16 for nov-16 month salary but they were not responding. So i resigned, but yet they are not credited my salary for nov & dec-2016 months. Its very difficult to work with pranav construction system in today's economical word.
