salary not paid for the months of nov-16 & dec-16

I had been working in Pranav Construction Systems Pvt. Ltd.
I left the job due to delay in salary from company. I have requested them many time to release my salary. but, till date they have not paid my salary for the period of from 7-Nov-16 to[protected] Days).
I requested to pranav construction systems Pvt. Ltd. to release my salary as early as possible as matter is pending since long time. Before lodge the complainant...

illegal construction and bribe is taken for not to take action

I am a resident of shastri nagar and illegal contruction is goin on.. At f 2 shastri nagar.. Opposite metro pillr no.184...5th illegal floor is being contructed.. Dat too above metro line height... By mr harvinder bir singh... Initially also he gave bribe for this.. And was released.. No strict action has been taken against him. If not i had to willingly approach high court

Had been working with pranav construction system pvt. Ltd. From 7th nov, 2016 to 18th dec, 2016 (Total 41 days). After joining i read lots of former employees complaints against company regarding salary not paid for last 3 months, form-16, tax not paid etc. Then i realize that company are not paying salary on time (Taking 2 to 3 months) & not good for employees. I was request lots of time for salary till 16th dec'16 for nov-16 month salary...

I worked in M/S. Pranav Construction systems Pvt. Ltd.,TTC INDUSTRIAL STATE C-10, PAWNE NAVI MUMBAI. I WORKED IN THIS ORGANISATION FOR 2 YEARS in their delhi office branch. AS A SALES ENGINEER. on date 16/05/2009 , I left the organisation.
