I had been working in Pranav Construction Systems Pvt. Ltd.
I left the job due to delay in salary from company. I have requested them many time to release my salary. but, till date they have not paid my salary for the period of from 7-Nov-16 to[protected] Days).

I am a resident of shastri nagar and illegal contruction is goin on.. At f 2 shastri nagar.. Opposite metro pillr no.184...5th illegal floor is being contructed.. Dat too above metro line height... By mr harvinder bir singh... Initially also he gave bribe for this.. And was released.. No strict action has been taken against him. If not i had to willingly approach high court

After joining i read lots of former employees complaints against company regarding salary not paid for last 3 months, form-16, tax not paid etc. Then i realize that company are not paying salary on time (Taking 2 to 3 months) & not good for employees.
