I worked in M/S. Pranav Construction systems Pvt. Ltd.,TTC INDUSTRIAL STATE C-10, PAWNE NAVI MUMBAI. I WORKED IN THIS ORGANISATION FOR 2 YEARS in their delhi office branch. AS A SALES ENGINEER. on date 16/05/2009 , I left the organisation.
after that, I processed for my PF . after a long time they have accepted my PF form in the month of december 2009.but till date i did not received my PF in an my account. the organisation is answering to me that they have submitted the PF form on the date of 29 janaury 2010. but till date i did not received the same.
please take the necessary action against it.

Pranav Construction Systems Customer Care's response The User of this e-mail ID has been identified as an ex employee who has created various fictitious e-mail's to defame the company by putting bogus claims and allegations . A police complaint has been lodged and he faces arrest for a minimum of 3 years. An investigation has been conducted by the police officials, and all those found guilty in this act shall be brought to book under every circumstance and face severe repercussions for the same .The people indulging in such activities are ex employees who have been terminated due to non-performance and severe integrity issues. Kindly note there will be strict action against one and all involved in such activities.

Pranav Construction Systems Customer Care's response A former employee has created fabricated e – mail ID’s and has participated in slanderous attack against us and asking for frivolous amounts as settlement charges, These accusations are simply a lie, made with the goal of smearing our organization and tarnishing the organization’s image.
Nonetheless, we have an obligation to do whatever needed to uphold and defend the honour of the organization we work for. After a thorough investigation by the law officials, the culprits ( ex – employees ) found guilty of the act have been identified and are being processed by law and face criminal charges and imprisonment.
Please note that any further act shall not be tolerated by the organization and a sever actions shall be taken against all miscreants.
