I was travelling from nanded to Pune dated 20th Nov 20, Friday by Prasanna Purple MH-22-3839 at 9:00 seat no 9 under the name Mariyam Syed.
After having reached Malegaon, the bus broke down. The driver and the staff had no clue, consequently we were sitting in the pitched dark for more than 30 mins. Later on, A mechanic arrived and started the bus, however the bus ran for 10 mins, again it broke down. Consequently, we had been trapped in the darkness without any water or help. The drive declared this bus would not go now. It would take 3-4 hrs for some alternative help.
Mr. Manager sir, is this the service expected from purple with extravagant ticket fair?
Is it justifiable with any means?
The mental stress covered inconvenience and fear of being in theid night all alone being a lady
Could you imagine a lady from your family going through this trauma?
I had to call back to Nanded for picking me up in the car. Finally my husband came and I got back to Nanded in his car.
Now, I would like to request you to compensate. Reimburse my ticket or arrange my ticket today in another bus which will run like a bus not like a bullet cart.
I am waiting for your quick reply. I hope you will not inspire me or instigate me to file a complaint in the head office. Mr. Thakur I know you are a gentle man . You understand my plight . Please respond within 2 hrs, book my ticket and confirm it urgently. Please do the needful.

Please refund my money asap.
This is to inform you that I have done bus booking from Pune to Mumbai for for 2nd June 2020 8:30 am. Also I paid the amount of 471₹.

But due to covid-19 bus got cancelled and till now I didn't get my refund.
Requesting you to refund my money.
Also if requesting to loop correct SPOC in the mail, so that I can get my refund as soon as possible.
