This is your bus number which is left the swarget at 6:00am and reached wakad at 8:00am. It means almost taken two hrs for few KM. What the hell you given this kind of service to CUSTOMERs. It's your responsibility give the data to give right time to CUSTOMER for departure time. It's very irritating and I have late for my next work. I'll never refered this khatara Mercedes's purple bus and also not give reference to any one. Fully ### service by purple bus service

    I was travelling from nanded to Pune dated 20th Nov 20, Friday by Prasanna Purple MH-22-3839 at 9:00 seat no 9 under the name Mariyam Syed.
    After having reached Malegaon, the bus broke down. The driver and the staff had no clue, consequently we were sitting in the pitched dark for more than 30 mins. Later on, A mechanic arrived and started the bus, however the bus ran for 10 mins, again it broke down. Consequently, we had been trapped in the darkness without any water or help. The drive declared this bus would not go now. It would take 3-4 hrs for some alternative help.
    Mr. Manager sir, is this the service expected from purple with extravagant ticket fair?
    Is it justifiable with any means?
    The mental stress covered inconvenience and fear of being in theid night all alone being a lady
    Could you imagine a lady from your family going through this trauma?
    I had to call back to Nanded for picking me up in the car. Finally my husband came and I got back to Nanded in his car.
    Now, I would like to request you to compensate. Reimburse my ticket or arrange my ticket today in another bus which will run like a bus not like a bullet cart.
    I am waiting for your quick reply. I hope you will not inspire me or instigate me to file a complaint in the head office. Mr. Thakur I know you are a gentle man . You understand my plight . Please respond within 2 hrs, book my ticket and confirm it urgently. Please do the needful.

      I am Dhananjay kondhare.I had booked 2 tickets having reference no[protected] for me and friend on dated 12Nov 2020 to visit goa and the ticket price was Rs.3500 for the two seats (seat no 7, 8) and I have checked the price on today suddenly it is 1070 Rs. per person Please if possible apply the todays ticket price and refund the remaining amount .

        But due to covid-19 bus got cancelled and till now I didn't get my refund.

          I book bud 2 tickets for 17 April but it was cancelled because of lockdown. Ang I got message of cancellation from prasanna purple.
          But I didn't get any notification regarding my money.
          So, I request you to please refund my money and atleast provide some notifications regarding refund.

              I am travelling in bus no. Mh 14 cw 3282 from nagpur to pune. I observed that tv is not working in this bus so i contacted to bus staff. They are informed me that all the remotes in bus are not in working conditions as such they are unable to play the tv. Under the circumstances please take necessary steps to avoid the trouble to passengers as promised by you in your ticket.

                I had a very inconvenient journey, bus was full of cockroaches, and was very smelling. There were like 100s of cockroaches in the bus. One of the cockroach went into my ear and i started to bleed. Next day i had to go to see a ent specialist because of your unhygienic bus. Journey date was 14th jan 2020 by prasanna purple bus from pune to bhandara.

                  I am traveling in prassana purple from akola to pune. Ealier when i booked my ticket with prassana through red bus app, i hv received all details bout bus. Ealier my bus was mh 14 cw 3282 and the departure time ws 9.30 pm. But it came lade by 50 min. N at 10.15 we suppose to leave akola but it was got fails in akola only. Then they shifted us in other bus mh 14 gu 9015 after waiting for almost 2 hrs in ts cold, then we left akola at almost 1 am at night. Then after reeaching somewhere near aurangabad, again they shifted us in bus no other bus at 5 am. I want to complaint about their such unproffesitional behaviour due to which my son missed his jee mains workshop at 9 am in pune, in which i have registered his name couple of month before. Now i want compensation for the same.

                  Bus is always too late. Bus number is always different from the booked one. Driver is worst to talk with. Driver forgets boarding point of customer. Too rash driving. Totally unsafe for girls in night. Conductor is drunk.

                    Hi,
                    I am currently travelling from prasanna purple grand bus from amravati to pune at 7.30 pm. At the starting point itself the bus is being stopped by the driver due to some engine problem for around half to one hour. This will eventually increase the time of journey. Company should make it compulsory for buses to check in advance all the prior conditions before starting the journey which will not impact their customers.

                      My travelling time was 8 pm. I had booked ticket for two people and the seat number was 13, 14. But due to some reason, i cancelled my journey, and i already paid the travelling amount online for the bus journey for pune to nagpur by prasanna purple grand.
                      But till now the money is not refunded on my account.
                      Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                            We are travelling by prasanna purple grand bus started journey at 9 pm from pune to amravati on 22/11/2019. 7-10 km before ahmednagar the rear side of bus started emitting fire and dust hence all passengers asked driver to stop the bus and bus was evacuated but now we all passengers are stranded on highway in dark wherein all passengers including ladies n small children are is helpless situation
                            No one from prasanna purple is available and not taking phones also

                            Pls act n replace the bus immediately, your bus operators are not changing the bus even after fire at rear tyres area and insisting travellers to travel in same bus this is risky for our life pls do something it’s already 1:12am and we r stranded on highways with ladies n kids it’s ur reputation hence we booked your travels date 23/11/2019

                              We had booked a bus from pune to goa. A day before the travel date, we got a call that the booked bus is cancelled and our tickets will be transferred to another bus. We had booked middle seats but our seats got transferred to last seat in bus mh14 hu 1068. There was no window available, a lot of jerks were there and most of all the height of the seat was almost 2 ft less than the other seats ahead. We had to travel the whole journey sleeping coz we cud not sit with our heads up in those last seats. Der is no point booking a bus much in advance with such kind of facility. The customer care person told us that the seats wud be same. Wen complained, mr. Vasant and mr. Vaibhav spoke very rudely and also asked us to get down aftr boarding the bus. We are regular customers of purple and this has been a very unexpected situation. Very unhappy with the service.

                                  I rajiv kondawar, traveling to have from chinchwad on dtd. 13.11.2019 in jyotiba travels, seat no. 11u.
                                  The said bus is being stopped in between the pune city, mangaldas road for loading the boxes.
                                  I don't understand why my earlier bus cancelled. And asked me to get another bus in short notice.
                                  This is a worst experience and unexpected treatment giving to your customers.
                                  Everybody is angry and unhappy.
                                  I a lodging this complaint to notify you and travel management to justify with customer's time and to improve your service in future.

                                    Today i am travel to pune from borivali as per schedule my bus time is 5.25pm but no one is inform me that bus is delay other agencies inform this thing to their costumer by sms or call. I had call to purple office at that time also no one give me correct information about bus after all this on 6.15pm your person told me to come other bording point. Is this your service & way of behavior with costumer

                                      We booked pune shegaon with prasanna purple on15th nov. Night rs.1200/- per seat. While return ticket on 16th nov. Shegaon pune they charged rs. 2200/- per seat, whereas other travels charging 1100 to 1200 per seat for same journey on 16th. We gave complaint to their head office at devi heights. No response. Kindly help us & save our money.
