Hi: This one of a Zest Member back in Chennai. One of the best planned Bogus Time Share Resort planning poorly executed from
Mahindra's. Had great respect for the Group, but after encountering 2yrs of membership with Zest lost all hope.
1. I had bought this time share in 2010. Every time i call them for a booking, all i can get an response is its full.
2. Booking are done 4 months in advance, quite surprising world of Hi Tech, we need to plan or vacation within India, 4 months ahead.
3. like wise i would have investment in pick and chose option travelling at my convinence rather than blocking for 4 months.
4. Now a days things are erractic, we never know when our kids exams are coming and completing and how the hell we would plan our vacations.
5. All the reason they have is, its booked and no options.
6. The size of the membership is only increasing by the effective sales and marketing team and the fabablous girls who market on every door step of Mall. Consumers, please dont get strayed. These are gulliable people.
7. The last 3 yrs, they havent increased the room capacity size in any of the resort, nor have they increased the locations. But only keep on increasing the membership account.
8. Not sure if the top management has a clear game plan to steer the organisation in the right direciton, since the name of
Mahindra is being spoilt to a large extent.
9 . Top of this every year you have a 4500/- rupees to be paided. If payment or ECS is not cleared, they have people at doorstep to collect and take the amount with penality. for each and every default or usage of resort, an additional penality is made.
10 Such a blood sucking division of Mahindras, poorly managed.
11. All who get the scorn and vengenful bad mouth language is the Call Center executive. She is being bullied by every customer.
12. At least give her an increment of 15 % every six months for taking the crap from the customer.
13. you have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get connected with the executive, poor response management
14. i had written an email, and waiting for feedback for more than 48 hrs, all i get is an instance auto repsonse.
15. Sure poor taste of consumer appreciation, and customer service and bad planning, not sure if i would entertain any of these guys with BRAND "
MAHINDRA" here after.
16. Wanted to check on the refund or the sale of the Time Share, God knows what shock is waiting for me....... Wish i can get my money invested in this damn company without Interested.
Things to do before you sign any Time Share:
1. Location list, look at minimum of 12 good locations.
2. Ask if they are increasing the location ( in written document )
3. the duration of the yearly stay
4. the swap options
5. the membership size of the time share group.
6. what the maximum they would entertain
7. the refund if they are not worthy of thier service.
Bit too disappointed, invested my damn time share in Bogus Zest !!!!
