Payment debited from google pay account, got confirmation from google as it is deposited at client account.

But does not get ticket confirmation for the same, no support from customer care, all numbers are not reachable. Chinchwad office does not know what to do, gave me some other number which is too not reachable.

    Traveling from pune to nagpur by purple grand starting at 1700 hrs at nashik phata on 19/11/2011. Language of driver and conductor is very rude. Bus stopped for dinner less than 15 minutes and always staff was in hurry. Driver was speaking and commenting on every passenger who was coming late. Later they stopped at amravati for almost 15 to 20 minutes 2 times to take exhibit extra passengers.

      Purple bus not taking halut for washroom from pune to mumbai & they are charging 500 for weekend for.
      Worse experience i have ever face i was traveling with my mom she is having medical issue still driver not ready to stop & started argument of its non stop bus & all non sence. Please improve your service.

        I mrs dhaliwal,
        I took a bus of shivshahi... Prasanna purple frm shrirampur to ahmednagar on 11th nov 12.30pm. Me along with my 2 kids, ur conductor didn't told me that particular seats were reserved.. On the way in rahuri he made me leave the seats without providing me double seats as required with my daughter.. N creating a scene in front of other passengers n using disrespectful language... Shame on ur staff for such irresponsible behaviour and shameful act... Pathetic experience...

          I was travelling via a prasanna purple bus. I was asked by the conductor not to charge the laptop.
          I have selected prasanna purple to continue my work. If they are not allowing me to charge the laptop, which inturn means disruption of my business tasks, i would not prefer prasanna purple bus any more and would also let my other collegues know about this incedent, who travel frequently using prasanna purple.

            We started travelling from sawantwadi to pune by purple grand (Ac sleeper bus-goa-pune bus) on 14th oct 2018 @ 9.30pm. It got broke down around 00.30am. Driver was so rude, he did not take any corrective action for arranging another bus. Then after lot of arguments, he agreed to do it and another smelly non ac seater bus came to pick us @ 6.30am (After delay of 6 hours). That bus dropped us till kolhapur at 9.30am and again the purple team asked us to get shifted to 3rd bus which was ac seater bus. That bus dropped us at swarget, pune around 3.00pm. Financially it is huge loss for all travellers. We had to take leave on monday-15th oct 2018 because of the delay. Actually purple is the only bus which comes to pimpri chinchwad area. So we had booked this bus. But actually, we had to get down at swarget. It takes another rs.450/- to come to chinchwad area. Also, ticket per head for ac sleeper is rs.1, 300/- whereas for non ac seater is 500-600/- only.
            Me and my husband were travelling. We had paid rs.2, 600/-+450/- (Cab from swarget to chinchwad)+2, 000/- (1 full day leave for both o[censored]s)=rs.5, 050/- whereas we could reach till chinchwad in rs.600/-+600/-=1, 200/- by any other non ac seater.
            Nobody from purple team (Drivers) apologised to us or talk about reimbursement.in fact they were expressing very negative remarks.

              Today I boarded bus from national park the bus was scheduled at 10:30am arrived around 10:50am accepted. But then it waited at Andheri for almost 1hrs to collect more passenger. I booked this bus because it showed drop timing 3:30pm but now we were almost 1hr late. The driver was very slow he again waited for almost 30to 40min at vashi that's too annoying. The driver has no responsibility kept on chatting contiously. My meeting was scheduled at 4:30pm at market yard and I had to return back same day what do u think now what is my position in front of client. You should understand the emergency what the passengers might have you cannot just delay for no reason. If it was due rain or any other failure in bus I would have still accepted but this is too unprofessional. Do u think i will ever travel from this bus or even recommend others too bad approach. Please value time.

                Purple prasanna travels was known for its good and polite staff. But completely disappointed for its Purple smilestone manager behaviour who was extremely rude with my close relative while he was having his dinner at smilestone. If you don’t allow to have our own dinner, still You don’t have any right to speak in such a rude manner. Just learn what manners are...!!!

                  Hi, this complaint is regarding misbehavior of the conductor to a female relative of me. She was traveling yesterday from pune to bhusawal by mh14 cw 3282. The conductor very rudely refused to keep the luggage in the luggage compartment and was arrogant when asked questions about the destination stop. The traveler suffered discomfort and lack of sleep and resulted in falling sick. Purple is one of the well known bus agencies and such a behavior from the staff is not acceptable. If this complaint remains unresolved i will never use your services and also will not recommend anyone.

                    This is regarding my mothers travel from mumbai to pune as on yesterday 12/06/2018, she was asked to get down from bus at kothrud where as her destination was pune station. When she said she would complain than the conductor said jake company main complain karo madam hum kya kare yahi stop hoti hai. From there no service was provided she herself managed to pick up 3 bags and crosssed the road alone.. From there after people shouting for arrangement they arranged 3 auto to pune station.

                    This had been a worst experience for my mother in her life, henceforth i will never book prassana purple in y life also will never recommend anyone.

                    Will also post this story on fb and social sites. If you don’t come back with solution or justification to this.

                      I couldn't able to think that blunder held in my life again, bus was not stop for 2 min only before boarding, i was stucked in traffic and informed them already but den also they gone, it was terribly trauma condition for me, then i request for option for seat that also they were nt able to give, then i asked for refund but this time also they refused rudely, this mental harassment could become hazard for company in future, as a simple lady they could thought that she wilnt take any actions but i have more complain s about related.. Jus for refund they fight easily, but if v wil go to legal complaint as i have legal ticket and records what wil do?

                        Hi team,

                        I am a 26 years old girl. I was boarded from navi mumbai at 7 pm. While getting up in bus my friend asked two times whether bus will drop the passengers at exact pune station location. The ticket collector said yes so i got up in purple bus. I reached around 11 pm but the bus dint dropped me at exact pune station location. I was alone, even i was not knowing the pune station road. I have to come walking by the road where no one was available. Also i was carrying heavy luggage and no cabs available.
                        So i request please drop the passengers at exact drop location or don't ask them to buy tickets and fool customers.

                          Hi, i am really sorry to tell you that it is very inconvenient that the conductor is texting in whatsapp and trying to stalk me on other social networks. This is the reason why we provide our numbers?
                          The number of the conductor is [protected], this is his whatsapp number. And as he had requested a follow on instagram his name is gajanan devne.
                          Kindly see this complaint. Shame of such workers. Being a female passenger, this is not expected from prasnna travels.

                          Kept waiting passengers for almost 2hrs at the same place for no reason...n travel fares are variable from person to person,
                          When I bought the bus ticket from mumbai to pune I was guaranteed bus will reach pune station ar 6. Pm sharp.

                          It's 6.30 and the bus is no where close to pune. It will take an hour more.
                          Lousy service. Complete lies.
                          It's stopping every 10 minutes to pick or drop people.
                          Next time will take the shivneri as it's definitely more reliable

                            Currently travelling in prasannna pride purple from pune to nagpur. The bus was supposed to reach at 8.30 to nagpur. At 10.00 am the bus stands stranded some one and a half hour away from nagpur saying that the engine is heated. Do we pay a huge amount for such travel. No value for passengers time and money. This i too lethargic an approach towards passengers. Wasn't it the responsibility of the driver to check the vehicle before starting the journey. Moreover despite being late the bus took at least 4 stops in the entire journey.

                              Got into a mumbai-pune bus from vashi and the a/c stopped working at khopoli. When the passengers started complaining the driver was not ready to accept. Then even when the driver started sweating himself he stopped the bus asking some remote office for assistance. Never seen a a/c volvo in this condition. At 12 noon in the scroaching heat travelling in a bus with windows closed and a/c not working was he'll of a service. Would rather prefer travelling in a non ac st bus.

                                This is with regards to journey dated 7th may morning 8.15 am mumbai to pune journey. I took on the spot ticket at vashi after specifically being confirmed about me get a seat in the front due to back issues and after being seated somewhere near lp the conductor guy asks me to get up and vacate the seat and suggests me to take up the last 39number seat or leave the bus inspite of other seats being vacant and no seat was on reservation. On being adamant they still made me leave the seat and shifted me to some other seat. Very mannered people

                                  I was traveling from pune to mumbai at 8 pm at date 6/05/2018 boarding from mit college kothrud with seat no 5 from purple travels. I was conveyed that sanpada is stop. But driver and conductor arrogantly behaviour didn't stop at sanpada stop they told me that this stop is not included in our list.

                                    The man who sits at andheri bisleri bus stop, along with an old guy needs to know that customer is not beggar. Increased rate is accepted. But when the aged uncle has told me to sit and aware of the fact that i am taking ticket once bus reaches, there is no reason he should be shouting at me. Too rude. Sm1 plz control him for sake of your company. Now now way i am ever gonna take bus from there. From april 2017 i have been travellinng with you every saturday from mumbai to pune, and this is what i get after one year?! And he knows that. God save prasanna after this attitude of staff.                                         I am a frequent traveler of prassana travelers today i am traveling pune to indore with your luxury truck intercity bus which is running under your brand name i am very much disappointed today how can you run a such a bus like a truck when i booked the tickets i saw the bus is under your brand name so definitely bus will have good facilities even during booking i checked there was 11 amenities but it’s really sorry to say u made me fool there is no such amenities as mentioned on website no water bottles no tv no charging points nothing in bus even your staff are very rude it’s shame on you and shame on your management team to run such a bus under your brand name
