back up plan for breakdown of the bus at midnight

We started travelling from sawantwadi to pune by purple grand (Ac sleeper bus-goa-pune bus) on 14th oct 2018 @ 9.30pm. It got broke down around 00.30am. Driver was so rude, he did not take any corrective action for arranging another bus. Then after lot of arguments, he agreed to do it and another smelly non ac seater bus came to pick us @ 6.30am (After delay of 6 hours). That bus dropped us till kolhapur at 9.30am and again the purple team...

worst service and not following given schedule for drop

Today I boarded bus from national park the bus was scheduled at 10:30am arrived around 10:50am accepted. But then it waited at Andheri for almost 1hrs to collect more passenger. I booked this bus because it showed drop timing 3:30pm but now we were almost 1hr late. The driver was very slow he again waited for almost 30to 40min at vashi that's too annoying. extremely rude behaviour of purple smilestone manager

Hi, this complaint is regarding misbehavior of the conductor to a female relative of me. She was traveling yesterday from pune to bhusawal by mh14 cw 3282. no maintenance and no value for time

bus service issue

Got into a mumbai-pune bus from vashi and the a/c stopped working at khopoli. When the passengers started complaining the driver was not ready to accept. Then even when the driver started sweating himself he stopped the bus asking some remote office for assistance. Never seen a a/c volvo in this condition. arrogant behaviour of driver and conductor

Since few weeks it is observed that their are some serious issues with this route bus and staff because of that me and my friends may think not to travel with purple travels.

no proper service

I had booking from mumbai -pune on 7th march 2018, with ticket number TM[protected], Due to late and traffic I prefered early bus number 1005
No proper service received, television facility not provided no songs
A poor service received from your person with driver.
Next time we will definitely think weather to travel with purple or not.
Also they have not provided feedback form to register feedback of travel...

delayed travel time

I was travelling with purple grand nanded to pune date:[protected], time: 9:45 pm dest-n seat no-11 bus no. :mh-22-3839 paid 1200/- while traveling at 1:30 am bus stopped the driver said there is problem with compressor & we are trying arrange the bus.
But till 7:30 there is no bus available and the phone call not answered, because of this i was not attend office & face problems

unnecessary delays

I have been traveling regularly every weekend from pune to mumbai with purple travels. Everytime i am facing unnecessary delay at different stops in the journey especially at wakad stop and indira college stop. Kindly look into it. The travelling duration can be easily cut down if there is no time wasting at stops. This has not just happened once or twice, this has been kind of a schedule of their to delay the jorney.
