I travel every weekend to nashik from pune and vice versa by night ac sleeper bus.

Since few weeks it is observed that their are some serious issues with this route bus and staff because of that me and my friends may think not to travel with purple travels.

Serious issues need to be solved with top priority :

1. Bus is not maintained :-
A) windows and floors are dusty.
B) ac is not working properly - the air flow is very low in some ac vents.
C) most of the charging points not working.

2. Staff
A) boarding unanauthorize passengers :
- boarding of drunk passengers in between (Especially between
Sangamner bypass to narayangaon) with less money.
- as bus travels from 11.00pm to 4.30am night, its very unsafe to stop on
Road and allow the passengers from road.
Consider safety of female passengers who also travel in the bus.
B) taking less money by agent at shivajinagar, pune than what we paid.
C) loading of goods and materials on passenger seats by taking lot of
Money (Around 2000/-) without challan or ticket. (Illegal medical goods
Mostly).
This incident always happens at shivaji nagar, pune.

3. Most serious issue :

On the route of nashik to pune - nashik, during midnight around
2.30am, bus take halt at hotel laxmi near chandanapuri ghat.

The hotel is very dangerous for all the passengers as criminal activities like gamble and drinking openly takes place in front of all by help of hotel owner.

Their are local criminal gang of 5-8 boys and their leader plays the game of gamble (Jugar) and if any passenger go nearby they put him in a trap.

If passenger says anything then they all bully him by weapons and get money from him.

I have witnessed all these activities and made request to driver and cleaner of bus, not to stop bus at this hotel, but they denied saying their is no hotel open at this time on highway.

It was also observed that driver and cleaner gets 200-250/- each for halting the bus at this hotel and working together with other travel bus staff like neeta travels.

Considering safety of passengers utmost priority please do the need full as earliest.

Even calling to customer care no several times but no once pick the phone.
I also mailed on customer care e. Mail but no reply yet.

    I had booking from mumbai -pune on 7th march 2018, with ticket number TM[protected], Due to late and traffic I prefered early bus number 1005
    No proper service received, television facility not provided no songs
    A poor service received from your person with driver.
    Next time we will definitely think weather to travel with purple or not.
    Also they have not provided feedback form to register feedback of travel

    The bus arrived at 8.42pm and announced 10 mins break. But left only at 9.08pm today. On asking staff they reply can we finish eating in 10 mins. Dont think will take this bus again and advise against it to others too.

      I was travelling with purple grand nanded to pune date:[protected], time: 9:45 pm dest-n seat no-11 bus no. :mh-22-3839 paid 1200/- while traveling at 1:30 am bus stopped the driver said there is problem with compressor & we are trying arrange the bus.
      But till 7:30 there is no bus available and the phone call not answered, because of this i was not attend office & face problems
      Improve your service, very bad experience i have yet...

        I have been traveling regularly every weekend from pune to mumbai with purple travels. Everytime i am facing unnecessary delay at different stops in the journey especially at wakad stop and indira college stop. Kindly look into it. The travelling duration can be easily cut down if there is no time wasting at stops. This has not just happened once or twice, this has been kind of a schedule of their to delay the jorney.

          I have booked two tickets from nagpur to pune on 23rd feb 18, with dropping at nashik phata...
          But details.. Prasanna purple platinum
          Time of departure. 7.30. Pm
          Time of arrival at my dropping point..9.00 am on 24th feb18

          Details of complaint...
          The bus started late by 15 mints
          The bus was late and at 10.30 am bus was parked at wagheshwar parking lot near khardi and we are told by the staff that the bus will not move till 12.00 noon, if anybody is getting late, can leave the bus and be on their own... As there is rule of no entry in pune from 9.00 am to 12.00 noon.. I asked to the staff that you are already very late and if the travel company is aware of such rule of no entry, then why not any alternative arrangements of shifting the passengers have been done?
          But they just refused rudely and asked to complaint to the company and also refused to provide the phone no.
          Most of the passengers left the bus to avoid getting late more.
          I had paid taxi fare of 375 rs to reach my destination.
          If you want to improve on your services pl look into resolving the day by day increasing customer complaints.
          I demand the return of my booking amount 100% with the taxi fare and a written apology from the company for the mental agony we have experienced.

          His pitch of talking was so towards all passagers regarding to parking.

              1. I asked for the ticket for 4 times still he didn't gave me the ticket
              2. They left someone with a reservation without looking for them and had to wait for 35 minutes at chadni chowk
              3. I told him to wake me up at sion still he woke me up at vile parle.
              4. Your bus crew got into serious trouble with a guy with a baseball bat in another car.
              Whose responsible for this #?!

              For 9:00 PM bus, the agency sends an sms at 8:45 PM that the bus is late by 55 mins with an apology. And then they start a new bus at 9:00 PM without informing the customer. This shows complete lack of integrity and amounts to cheating as the bus did not wait for us when we called and neither informed about the change in timings. Absolute cheaters

                Prasanna grand purple bus number mh14-cw 4155 travelling on 29.10.17 from nagpur to pune, head phone was requested as per the chargeable policy which was told that conducter will give pls advise your seat number. Seat number was advised and conducter shown us to operate remote and when asked head phone he bluntly said all exhausted not available.

                Service is deteriorating day by day.
                Have paid rs 2500 /- for one seat from nagpur to pune and service is hopeless.

                  Hi team,

                  I boarded mh-30. 9090 bus for journey akola to pune. The bus left at 9:30 and did not stop at any point till 2 pm. It was really difficult for girls as they wanted to visit to washroom but could not. The bus stopped at random location as it was punctured and girls had to go out in open for this. This is really shameful for a travel agency like purple. I demand a valid explanation for this. This is the second time the incidence has occured with me. Either a strict action needs to be taken or else i would have to take this ahead.

                    This complaint is regarding the journey of pune-yavatmal, bus mh-16-bc-4950.
                    Firstly the bus was supposed to be prasanna purple bus which we paid for, but it came out to be some cheap nath travels.

                    Secondly, the driving of the bus driver is not good and safe.

                    While parking, the bus got crashed with another bus due to which a window glass broke.

                    Purple was always a trustworthy and safe means of travel but the things which are happening today would really make me think while booking next time.

                      Bus service is fine but the place where bus stop service at that place is so bad... When i reached the place and opened my tiffin to eat they literally shouted at me to close the tiffin and should not eat here and it was 8 at night... This is not a way to treat travellers... So rude... And where should passenger traveling alone should eat... The company should look into matter as soon as possible please... Atleast travellers who are traveling for 17 hours need a place to eat which they have brought from there home packed... From their family.. So disappointing behaviour... If this is case i will never like to travel by such travellers... So sad

                        We booked the bus tickets using red bus, but didnt get details like bus no, driver no.we reached on time at stop bus also didnt came. All nos of prasanna purple are not able to connect. worst bus service we have seen ever.always suggest to everyone not to go by this travel.after calling redbus they also dont know bus stop also. Worst communication between red bus and prasanna purple.

                          I travelled to nagpur by 3.00 pm yesterday by purple bus from pune to nagpur having seat no 5 and 6. While i got down today morning at burdi and took my luggage from rear storage it was fully drenched. I complained it the attendant hiscresponse was very discouraging. When i reached home almost all my clothes were stained and spoiled. The clothes were all very expensive as we had gone to attend a formal function. A very disheartening experience as it's not only financial loss but you loose your choicest collection of dresses. Whether the management will take any action on erring and irresponsible attendent??

                            On 2nd october 2017. I booked prasanna purple mobility travels from pune to dhule. And from theeey worst journey in the history was started. Bus was different than what i expected. Operator sent message for bua no was mh-18 aa-7625 and the actual bus was mh 18 aa 7646. Name was sony travel on bus. Bus came 45 min late. And top to the all level seat no 16, 17 has open ac compartment. I requested to staff that please switch off ac. But for others they did not listen my request. All night i was having curtain in my hand and legs to stop open airflow. Somebody can die in that situation. It was so terrible. I have added photographs of same. They did not mentioned anywhere that seats has issue and fare was same as others.

Its is first time experienced that suddenly in night time when all passangers were sleeping well & attendant shouting & forcefully asking "ye gadi ka ac. Band hone ke karan aap sabhi passenger dusra gadi me baith jao jaha jagah hongi waha pe... Aur fir hume sabse piche ki seat pe jabardasti bithaya gaya.

                                I had a horrible experience today while coming to muktaingar. I boarded purple bus mh14cw3138 on 28 aug from pune to muktaingar. On 29 august when the bus reached muktaingar the driver told me to deboard at parivartan chowk. I told him that my dropping point was near sbi and i scheduled it while booking tickets. Then he started arguing and fighting and asked me to contact the company. He asked me to vacate the bus immediately. Such rude behaviour of the staff was unacceptable as he was not ready to drop me at my scheduled dropping point and i for sure will not book tickets with purple buses again.
                                Please take the matter seriously.

                                  They are extremely improfessional, will halt at all the stops for more then 30 mins to fill the seats. Staff on board in extremely impolite do not even listen to you.. And all this despite playing a weekend surcharge and selling the tickets at higher price... With the bus occupants of 95%... All this to fill the 5% seat at the cost of inconvenience to the customers.

                                    My wife travelled by purple travels on thursday (20th july 2017) from nanded to pune.

                                    She was very sick and was alone travelling so she took mobile number of cleaner of travels.

                                    Now, cleaner is messaging on her number on whatsapp.

                                    We already complained at prasanna office (On call) but today again he is messaging her.

                                    Now my wife getting afraid of travelling with prasanna purple.

                                      I had booked a bus from. Pune to borivali on the 13th of july 2017 and i was supposed to receive a cashback of rs 100 while booking my return ticket. When i wanted to book the return ticket the cashback is nowhere to be seen in the purple bus booking app. If you don't dint want to give the cash back to customers please don't cheat them. Also when i called the customer care office nobody picks up and when i call the head office they divert me to other branches. It's a shame ofn such a brand to cheat customers like this.

                                      I take bus from goregaon. After 10 Min AC is not working, and staff behavior is worst driver and cleener attitude is worst. They r not professional. They r talking with lady passengers to 'go and get another bus, our AC is not working .

                                      Dear Prasanna Purpal tours travels., बडे शरम से लिखना पड रहा है, आपकी कंपनी इतनी बडी होते हुवे, आपले ऑफिस मै टॉयलेट नहीं है .पुछ ने पर अपके कर्मचारी खुले मैं जाणे के लिए बाताते है .एक तरफ सरकार और खुद पी एम साहेब मोदी जी स्वच्छता के लिए प्रयास कर रहे है और आप जैसे कंपनी ग्राहकको इतनी सुविधा भी नही दे सकते शरम है .

                                        I have booked pune to jalna on 5 July 2017 AC sleeper (time 10:30pm) Via PAYTM . they cancelled bus for a reason that bus is empty, only four seats booked. and pune head office service replied arrogantly that 'i don't have a time for your problem ask for refund to paytm'...after that I asked them give me reason in written with your name they simply said 'no I don't have a time for that, do whatever you want to do.'
                                        Worst service provider with a worst head office employees...

                                        Dear Customer we are Deeply sorry for inconvenience caused to you.
                                        Due to low occupancy we have cancelled bus & immediately called to customer.We are trying to adjust in other Ac sleeper coach.But customer not agreed.It is not possible to transfer seat in other operator.
                                        so our customer executive lastly give solution regarding Refund.
