I have travelled by purple bus on 23.6.2017 from mumbai to pune by 10.30am. (8106 vechile and my seat no 10. Fisrt think the bus reached borivali stop by 30mins and bus started stoping every where to fill his vacant seats like sector 17, sector 6 etc. And reached pune station at 5.30pm (Where as redbusbsite says 3.10pm).

Request think to not quote the time of reach at destination and mislead the travellers.

    I was booked ticket of prasanna purple travel for pune to amravati joureny date 21/06/17. I have paid 2400/- for this trip for two seats. But i didnt get the services from bus staff as both tv sets are not working and staff behaviour is very bad and irresponsible. I didnt get the solution for problem which i m facing.       Dear sir
      I had booked purple bus for travel from akola to nasik. Ticket no 16068 seat no 17 on 16june mob [protected]. The sleeper bus left akola about 11.45 pm. At shirdi @7.00am on 17 june (Today) the bus stopped at hotel. Shirdi passengers got down. After some time conducter announsed that passenger can get down as toilets are available. Some passengers got down. As there was no public toilet the manager of hotel asked us to use toilets of room no 103, 303. While returning from third floor i heard the horn of bus and rushed. However the bus turned and left before i could board.
      I requested the manager of hotel to inform the bus driver to stop the bus as i didnt have the drivers mob no. I took a taxi and tried to chase for about 5-6 km. But could not catch.
      All of my schedule and imp ortant works hampered badly including my baggage left in bus. Later i managed to reach nasik. I have to spent extra 300 rs with lot of trouble.
      The incidence causing trouble to passanger does not look good to travel agency of your reputation. I request to warn the staff regarding above. Similarly the drivers mob be provided at the time of start of journey.
      Further atleast additional expences of rs 300.00 may be refunded to me.

        9 june 2017 nanded to pune
        Time 9:10
        Hopeless service. Was waiting near a stop. Shop owner didn't ask the driver to stop. Simply waived the hand. When asked why didn't you stop the bus, he rudely replied, you didn't book the ticket from my office (Yogesh travels nanded). I travelled at my own expenses to the next stop. When asked cleaner (Name ankush kamble) why didn't he stop the bus at my stop, he said you were standing at the opposite side. Neither he called me nor he accepted his mistake. That was horrible experience

          On may 21st, we were going to travel by volvo purple. And when we reached at our stop to catch the bus and purple have provided small mini bus though we have booked volvo. Really shame on purple bus group. This was the worst service provided by them. You are charging for volvo and providing such mini bus which are provided by our IT companies within pune with free of cost. Many ladies with their babies and some pregnant women were travelling by this congested mini bus even I was with my baby. You are the worst. Will never book your bus again. Shame on you.

            Hi, I am writing this regarding bus services. I was traveling from Nagpur to Pune by Prasanna purple Platinum on Sunday 14/05/2017 at 6.30 PM and they also charge a double fair than others like stallion, skyline etc. They didn't give any proper services just believe in charging big fare on customers. AC was not working properly, i was sleeping on last sit and it was boiling like anything and also there was some hot air coming from background. Will never think about traveling by Prasanna Purple ever again.

              While travelling on date 18 April from Pune to Chandrapur in Purple Grand the bus conductor don't have any manners how to talk to a passenger. As I was having my last seat i jst kept some of my luggage on the back seat due to which the conductor came to me and started miss behaving in the very rude and rough language. Even the cabin was also filled with thw extra passengers. The bus was stopping for every road side passengers and the seat which is there at the very last and the cabin both very filled completely an many passengers where disturbed due to this. Even when we get down of the bus with family the cabin passenger look with the very bad eye sight.. This was not the first time I faced a problem with Purple travels but avoided it. But this time it was necessary to raise a complaint. I[censored] have any problem that i might say wrong for this I have just confirmed with the driver also, so even he said that the other 2-3 passengers also complained about the conductors miss behaviour. I want u to go through this serious problem and reply back on this issue or I need to take the further step from my side for which I wont be responsible after.

                Hi,

                Date of the incident : 11 th april 12:30

                Travel agency : prasanna purple.

                We had told the bus will leave at 12:30 near the axis bank stop in borivali.
                The bus came 1 hour late and after that it took 6 hours just to reach pune.

                We reached at our destination around 7.

                In 6 hours we can have a round trip journey from mumbai to pune and back.

                Also while watching movie they put some publicity ad of theirs which is very irritating.

                After reaching pune they dont drop you till pune station or swargate saying that the buses dont go upto there.

                We had to get down get with our bags at nal stop and from there were shifted to their tt buses to reach to station.

                Request a refund.

                  Purple metrolink prepares a passenger list wherein passengers sitting from vashi, LP & further are not part of this list. These passrngers enjoy insurance. Also if any taxes or other responsibilities of purple mgmt would be taken for these listed passengers. In this case I would like to know whether the passenger's sitting in navi Mumbai are customers of driver and attendant? Why equal treatment is not offered.

                    We check in at your bus at 4.30pm today from dadar to Swargate by 5.30 your driver is still saying we are leaving 18.18 and that bus is still there unfortunately we have to leave by shivneri as that rascal already wasted our time. If you are not able to give service stop giving ads or stop doing bookings. Your bus no.MH 14 BA 9213 or 9123 I don't remember the exact no. Heading to Pune from Mumbai dadar stops at dadar for 2 hours and on asking your stupid driver is saying that leave the bus we are refunding your amount. Is this the way you say you are giving best service. If I ever met the owner I will suggest him change the staff or stop doing service if you are not capable of that . Really pathetic

                      I always prefer Prasanna for its on time performance specially for morning buses so I choose to travel in morning by prassana. But today it was so painful to see your bus went ahead and before time without picking up passengers waiting at Hinjewadi Location the reason we got that Ur bus reached early than time. I was on location almost 15min prior boarding time.

                      Other time u do not wait even for 2min. Once there was incidence that my family was traveling to Chandrapur and Ur sangamwadi manager didn't stop even for 2min while I requested a lot as my kids and aged people were supposed to travel. I followed bus and caught it at chandannagr. Your sangamwadi manager was very rude.

                      We have faced similar delay while coming from Andheri to Pune in evening and waited for 2hrs. But then it is the reason that u can blame on traffic...

                      But very irritating to see how can u miss pick up while u show so prompt...

                        On my journey from Mumbai to Pune on 8th Jan 2017, Bus was delayed by 50 Minutes. Further, I booked my bus ticket for Aundh, But the bus took a different route. Lastly, the bus driver talked very rudely with me, when I told him about where I wanted to get down. Absolutely hopeless Service. I am facing this issue for third time. Indeed it is a poor serice

                          30 Dec 2016, Asthavinayak tour booked online from Mumbai with pick up point as Nerul . Inspire of reminders in morning bus did not stop at pick up point, later they dropped with other bus till tour bus, Booking was taken for Volvo AC but actual bus was small & AC was not working. People were not receiving calls . When all passenger threaten to return then new small bus arranged . Same experience in return - tour guide left at Pune & drive stopped stating he do not know road, driver was lying & actually waiting for his friend whom he offered free ride to Mumbai. All irresponsible people, clear cheating by providing small bus but chart for Volvo .

                            I had paid 15000 for four persons for Pune to Mahabaleshwar trip. The services provided by Prasanna travels was worst. The hotel was very cheap and situated far from Mahabaleshwar due to cost cutting. The food quality wasn't up to mark. Overall service was worst compare to money they took. The bus time mentioned was 10:00 pm but They don't bother to mention the bus name n hight is they don't bother to call passenger or care to check weather passenger is waiting at given spot. The bus came 45 late I kept waiting n when I asked person there he shocked to hear bus is left a while ago. Disgusting...

                              We boarded AC-sleeper Prassana Purple from Shegaon to Pune on 15 Jan 2017. The drop point printed on our ticket was Pune Railway Station. But, the driver said the route is different and dropped us at Sangamwadi Bridge, Shivaji Nagar. That location is very odd and inconvenient and gives rickshaws a good chance to extort any money.

                                1stly pick up was 90mins late n it was just doing beginning d worst was yet to come as I reached my destination after 20 hrs.They tuk do long route which is not the route 4m pune to Nagpur.After paying 3000 hang such a experience where every1 are in hope to reach home on time for Diwali was more disappointing.

                                  Worst service. Lots of attitude and mannerless employee. Not on time given on ticket. Very delay. Badly fixed.curtain rods and hospitality is bad didnt came to help to fixed the rod as it was falling all the time. You people charged so high and accordingly didnt give anything safisfactory. Dont want to give even a single.star for it.

                                    Hi, this has been a really brutal way to treat passengers on part of prasanna purple. my dad left from pune to akola on 29 sept 2016, in prasanna purple plus, 9 pm sangamwadi.

                                    First of all, although we had paid for purple plus, they said they were using purple grand instead! the tv did not start even though my dad asked the attendant thrice to start it. very pathetic service i must say!

                                    Then at smile stone, restaurant near ahmednagar, all of the passengers were told to get down from the bus. they said it is mandatory for all passengers to get down!

                                    Isn't it a passenger's will if he/she wants to get down the bus?
                                    They made every passenger get down the bus and the attendants said and i quote "maalak ni sangitla ahe saglyana khali utrawayla" (my boss has directed me to make every passenger get down at smile stone)!!!

                                    If this is the kind of behaviour on your part, why the heck should we pay so much for the ticket?

                                      I booked a Shirdi to and fro trip yesterday night and the guy at Magarpatta asked to reach at Chandan nagar policenchowki in Pune for pickup at 7
                                      He also said the bus details will be send before that

                                      In the morning from 5 am i tried several numbers for bus detail .. No luck

                                      Started early without having breakfast took an Uber
                                      The Uber guy to my surprise said their is no policenchowki and pickup points are generally specific

                                      Got a call from driver at 6.45 and he asked from where to pickup
                                      Was really surprised
                                      Driver said he will reach at 7.30 in Chandannagar area

                                      No concern from Prasanna

                                        Very disappointed with prasanna travel and their services. I have booked ticket from chandrapur to pune dated 9.8.16 at 5pm. After calling and requested to wait for 2 min as i was on the way to reach by auto. Still they not waited and not even refunded of rs.2150/-. They just told me you have lost your amount and no help received from prasanna purple. They are cheating with customer. Need to take action against them.

                                        I have not recived any feedback.The ticket was booked through redbus. I have call records with prasanna travel agency no [protected] with my no [protected] at 4.55 that I am reaching at spot but still they didnot waited and after reaching they told me bus is in padoli which is 10 km from chandrapur. This is whole case of cheating with customer.I wanted my refund amount.
                                        Same thing happen with me, i was around the pickup point and bus could not stop, i had plan journey from Akola to Pune, now i am asking for refund but no answer yet, , , , , , , , worst service
