[Resolved] Pratham Motors — Pathetic experience at Pratham Motors,Bellandur | |||
Recently I got my maruti swift serviced from Pratham Motors, Bellandur showroom, it costed me more than Rs. 11000 that too for regular service, whereas i was expecting the charges to be within rs 6000 - rs 7000. My vehicle is 2009 model around 67000 km driven till now and is in a very good condition. When I discussed the matter regarding bill with one of your senior supervisor, he stated that when vehicle is that long kms driven, these synthetic oils are not required to be put in vehicle, which your service man poured into my car while servicing. In addition to that, he mentioned a few more things which costed an extra overhead of more than 4000 rs. Your senior supervisor mentioned that these 4k could have been saved, as it is not required for any vehicle which ran these long kms. The main purpose for getting the service done from maruti showroom was, adjusting the focussing of the car's headlight and foul smell was permeating in my car from outside. Also, the service light in my vehicle was contantly lightened. Regarding focussing your engineer asked me to get the headlight bulbs replaced with high vision bulbs. After getting those replaced, still the focussing is not proper. Also, my car's front bumper got dislocated while changing the head lights.They fixed that by inserting a screw from outside which is looking wierd and on top of that the bumper is still not properly fixed. To fix the foul smell problem, they mentioned a cushion needs to be replaced in the inside and outside air mode because the older cushion is torn.They quoted the charges for the same as rs 1500, which is too high as compared to if i get it fixed from outside, as that cushion costs only 100rs - 200rs max. Regarding service light, only one out of four heating plugs was faulty, while others were working fine. Your service advisor assisted me to get all of them replaced, as they will also get fused within a month. I believe you people are blindfolding your customers for the sake of money. I have raised a concern regarding the same problems and till now I did not receive a call from any of your senior executives yet. I visited your service centre, because I trusted your services blindly, but the outcome is pathetic. A daunting experience. I reckon your prime motive should be customer satisfaction, whereas, my experience is not even near to satisfaction. Was this information helpful? | |||
