Fitting HSRP on my old Maruti vehicle

Address: Pratham NEXA, carmelaram, srjapura road

Based on Karnataka Govt mandate, I have ordered HSRP plates from Bookmyhsrp site and selected the dealer as Pratham motors(Nexa), carmelaram, sarjapur road as I have bought my car from Pratham motors.
On the day of delivery, first I was told that the plates has not come and I was asked to come next week. When I showed the message from the hsrp site, they confirmed that it has gone to Ballandur center and I should go there. On my refusal...

I had booked a Brezza ZXI 1.5L 6AT with Pratham Motors Sarjapur Road, Bangalore in first week of March 2023 by paying the Rs 11000 booking amount.
The Salesperaon Nitin promised me a wait time of 4 months because the color I selected was Blue, as it's is not a very in demand color. It's already 6 months over and there is no confirmation from Pratham Motors staff on dispatch schedule and allocation of my vehicle. Below is the timeline:

March 2023 first week
I booked vehicle and paid Rs 11, 000/-

2 May 2023
I was informed salesperson Mr. Nitin has left the job. Mr Devendra is replacing him.

12 May 2023
I reached out to customer support representative Ms Suman over email. She replied that I would be in first priority for dispatch schedule for July month since I booked in March.
Email:
"As you booked in the month of March you are in the 1st priority, A per the colour, model we haven’t received any dispatches details, Once we received the dispatches details will keep you posted personally"

26 June 2023
I reached out customer support Ms Suman. Same message she gave me: "Hi sir
You are in the 1st priority and in the month of July end your vehicle will be dispatching .Once we received the dispatch details will call and update you sir"
Received the same message over email.

Also I was informed that
Mr. Devendra had left the job due to this reason moving forward Mr.Murgesh will be handling all your queries.

24 July 2023
I reached out to Pratham Motors on email asking for update regarding dispatch schedule.
Ms Suman called me to inform that so far they have not received dispatch schedule of vehicle ZXI 6AT Blue. But if I chose any other color I may get the delivery of car early.
Email:
"As I spoke to you and given the details on booked vehicle delivery timeline, Your booked vehicle stands in 1st priority and it will be allocating in the month of August and also informed you that you are the only priority for us to deliver your vehicle, As you booked ZXI AT, BLUE, As informed by you will be fine with any other colour will check with that colour option that you may get early delivery, Will share the updated status of your booked vehicle ASAP."

27 July 2023
I was called by Mr Murugesh and he informed me that White color Brezza 6AT is immediately available. I told him this is not the color I booked, and I don't prefer White or Grey color. I told him that except White and Grey if any other colour is available I am interested.
I communicated the same message over email.

1st Week August 2023
I have tried reaching to Business Head Mr Shijo but he is not reachable. Instead someone else Mr Lohith is taking calls and promised me he will personally look into it.

NOTE:
There is absolutely NO communication on Whatsapp/Email since August 1st week from Pratham Motors.
I feel helpless and frustrated and seriously considering to go for another Car Manufacturer except Maruti Suzuki.

I got in touch with Mr Balu who is the allocation manager at Pratham Motors. He informed me that two variants: Silver and Grey color for 6AT were immediately available. I have selected the Silver color and he put me in touch with the Team Lead Mr Akshy who coordinated with me for the car delivery. After 7 months of waiting I finally took the delivery of Silver ZXI 6AT Brezza car (however not the color Blue 6AT) in October 2023.

    Refund of booking amount not done

    Hi,
    I had booked a Maruti Swift from Pratham motors Arena HSR LAYOUT on 7th May 2023 booking amount Rs 5000 through Google Pay UPI transactionID[protected]. Later due to some personal issues I decided not to buy the vehicle. I was assured refund after deducting Rs 500.
    Till date I am calling their office number and nobody is answering.

    Hi Team,

    I have taken an insurance form Pratham motors for my car and i have clearly mentioned to the agent that there is no finance to the car and provided with NOC but still hypothecation has been mentioned on the insurance policy copy.

    whenever i tried to reach the agent they are telling some silly reasons and delaying the process of getting it done

      According to the mentioned subject the advicer not given my car at perticular period of time that is on 10/10/2022 now the date is
      12/10/2022. he is not responding to customer properly. my car number KA40M8922.

          I want to cancel my booking of Maruti Ertiga made on 31st May 2022. It was conveyed that the car will be delivered by 10th July. However, on visiting the dealer showroom today, I was informed that due to lack of production, delivery will require another 2 months.

          As immediate delivery is extremely essential for me, I want to cancel my booking.

          I paid a refundable booking amount of 11, 000.

          Kindly refund my booking amount to my Bank Account:

          However, no one is responding.

            Maruthi baleno ka 51mp 0263.. towed to pratham motors on as water entered vehicle. After 10 days estimation waa 8.5 lakhs and sent for insurance approval.
            Iwas schoked and visited the service centre. There i saw vehicle was marked as completly submerged. Category C. Then i ckarified them they vehicle water dint even drown the wheels.. many other vehicles in the same area were categorized as B whil mine was C and reported that most of the items needed to be changed. After i showed the video proof of the water level. Then they revised it to 2.7 laks fro 8.5 laks. This seems to be a hove scam. Request to kindly look into the matter and resolve

              Delivery not done as promised the same day - Bellandur, Bangalore

              This is the second time I have given my Car to Pratham Motors, Bellandur, Bangalore and as they did the last time, they call me at 7:00 PM and request me to agree for next day delivery. It did happen once and I shifted my service centre to Kudlu, Bangalore but this time I misheard the service centre location so ended up in this situation.

              Not sure why this trick with the customer all the time . The car is being picked in the...

              Little Background:
              Last year, on 29th Mar'21, I paid Pratham Motors 24, 719 INR towards my car service which included multiple things. But my complaint today is particularly for the clutch assembly that was changed/replaced.

              Problem Statement:
              I had a hard clutch earlier and because of the same, I changed my entire clutch set or assembly. The clutch turned very smooth on the day of delivery through the next day. On third day, I started experiencing the hardness again. As the COVID cases were on the rise during that period and there were mobility restrictions in and around Bangalore, I did not travel or commute as much and months passed by. But in the interim, just to keep the car running, I used to go for a quick spin and return. And the hardness kept increasing to a dissatisfactory level. I called up Pratham to complaint about the same, but no support was provided to fix the same.

              Key Events that followed:
              This year, in 2022 I changed my mind and thought of trying Pratham Motors, Bellandur one more time. After speaking to Girish (AGM) whom i know since 2011 and based on his assurance, I dropped my car at Pratham Motors, Bellandur on 24th April'22 and categorically asked to look into the Clutch issue (The hardness and the slight jerk I used to experience). Plus, the heat issue I have under the gear panel.
              By evening I picked up the car without experiencing much change to the hardness of the clutch. But i thought may be the lubricants need some more time to bring the effect.
              But this time, the hardness was so much that my left knee started hurting me too much. I could not drive through the backside lake road of the Bellandur, despite having a moving traffic in that locality.
              I called up Dayakar (who was the service advisor) and brought to his notice.
              And the following weekend, I visited Pratham and shared further details, one of his colleagues loosened a screen in the engine bay and the clutch turned less hard, which was a relief to my knee.

              New Problem:
              But that resulted in a new problem. The jerk which I was getting earlier during the upward and downward shifts between specific gears just got amplified now.
              Earlier it was manageable so that was not a major area of concern. But this time it was/is very prominent, and the passengers also started experiencing the same.

              What happened yesterday?
              Yesterday on 4th June'22, I again paid a visit to Pratham Motors and connected with Dayakar. We want for a spin on the Bellandur lake road, and he was able to replicate the issue clearly. But at the end he out rightly said there is no issue with a mocking smile.
              In response I said, no problem if that is what his technical analysis says. But I will now formally put a written complaint to Pratham, and I will get this fixed elsewhere. The moment I said this, he responded saying I need to talk to Girish once, which i did not agree to as that was not my obligation to file a written complaint.
              When we reached Pratham Motors garage, he took the gate pass with him and went missing for next 20+ minutes.
              I sent two of his colleagues to check on him and called him once but there was no response.

              Tipping Point and Next Steps:
              That was the tipping point for me as i was made captive and in a way felt harassed. He came with his manager "Naveen", I think, and his manager asked me if there was any problem. I had no idea what that question meant in the first place when Daya has already filled him in. I returned home and today I am filing a formal complaint here and will also drop in either this evening before they close or tomorrow and provide a written complaint to the GM.
              This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. There is mechanical issue with the Clutch assembly that was changed last year and despite multiple follow-ups and complaints they have turned blind sighted to a problem.
              The most unprofessional part is not acknowledging there is any problem, despite the customer sweating around it and making multiple trips.
              I will get the issue rectified from some other Maruti service center or other vendors like Go Mechanic or similar. But there is an issue and that needs to be corrected as opposed to not acknowledging it to cover the mechanical flaws and skill gaps at Pratham Motors' end.

                This is very unfortunate that I have to raise a complaint.
                I purchased a nexa ignis on 5th Dec 2021.
                They made such a scene and rush for making the advance payment and booking. Finally the car registration process begun on 4th Dec 2021.

                Now it's 4 months and I have not received the hard copy of the RC. The digital copy had incorrect address and the sales person Mr. Vivek said he will follow up with RTO to get it corrected and delivered to my address. I have been following up with him since 2.5 months and now he has requested me to raise a complaint here.

                I'm highly dissatisfied with the customer service of Nexa Pratham Motors Sarjapur Road

                Would require the management to look into it

                  Hi...I had given for minor painting of my new 7months swift car that’s in October 2021 and paint job doesn’t satisfy me because of full of waving in the door after the paint done...so I told the executive the problem they also saw.Mr uday was the executive he told me that yes the painting work is defected by worker he agreed that he will do it in next service...So I also agreed.Now I visited again the showroom on Monday that is 31st January 2022 I asked for the repair thing with ur team to call Mr Uday they told he left the job and I asked them to call who is there in the position now they told me Mr Harish is there for now but he is absence from last one week.so I asked them let’s someone rectify my problem in that situation they appointed Mr Devraj for rectifying my problem after that Mr devraj picked my vehicle and he agreed for the repair and they told they will give delivery by Wednesday...Then Wednesday they called and told me ur vehicle is ready...So I rushed to collect my vehicle to showroom after seeing my vehicle they have again miss matched the colour of my car which was painted. Mr devraj said that again we will paint and will match the colour it was mistake from our side by worker sorry for that we will deliver ur vehicle on Saturday...Today again they called me and told ur vehicle is ready again I went to the showroom...Again same problem continued the painting they have matched but full of ruf portion and huge black mark on the door...So again Mr Devraj came and he is telling the worker is not listening to my word they are careless so u please ask Mr Harish who is in the position right now I can’t clear it..But Mr Harish is absence till now...Till today it’s 6days I am roaming to the showroom still now it’s not solved...Still the car is in showroom please take serious action and do it as soon as possible...🙏🏻

                    For 2021-22 Insurance period, I got a service coupon only yesterday after multiple chasing and reminders.
                    For 2022-23 Insurance renewal, I have not got yet.
                    Ms. Nithya is not understanding this and she is wasting my time by reminding her multiple times and I got one finally and another one is pending. Before I forget and take the Car that I have given for Service, please give me the Insurance renewal coupon.

                      Dear team
                      Since 2013 from the date of purchase every time i maintain service in pratama motors only.
                      On 5th March 2021i asked for replacement for new tyres within 15days in one among one tyer found 5 side air leakage.
                      To check the qc i have sent my vehicle and its almost 6th day till know no update on this.
                      If i call ur representative giving wrong commitment and till now i didn't got any update or replacement for fault tyer.

                      This is an worst experience,

                      Hope my issue will be resolved if not give it in writing stating can't replace tyer since it is not an manufacturing defect.

                        I had visited pratham motors true value situated at No 37/2, Sarjapur Road Kodathi Village, Varthur Hobli, (Next to Shell Petrol Pump)Bangalore - 560035, a couple of days ago to see some used cars and decided to finalize a 2015 model Maruti Wagon R. The team comprised Mr Krishna Singh (Team Head) and his co- ASSISTANT Mr Ravi.
                        Pratham offered at 3.4 lakhs as the closure deal and we offered 3.1 and our Alto 800 at 1.1 as the exchange...

                            I have signed up my wife for a driving school in Bangalore/Sompura Gate before Covid-19 Pandemic and was unable to start the course.

                            Now I have been relocated to Hyderabad and would need you to please reassign the driving school classes to a center in Hyderabad close to me or provide me a refund for the same.

                              Hi Team.

                              We gave our car service at Pratham motors Kudlu gate branch on 19/02/2021. Siddhu patil was point of contact service advisor. While leaving our car he mentioned it will cost some 3k+2k for the service. we agreed.

                              Later while handing over the car they charged around 10k where unexpected other unwanted charges were included in the bill. His behavior was so rude that he was not in a position to explain the bill details and he was full money minded and not considering the customer values.

                              Next time we will not give the service to Pratham motors.

                                Date of incident: 4-Dec-2020.

                                I have received two consecutive calls in my personal mobile number stating that there is an appoint I made with Pratham Motors for car servicing.
                                I told them I sold the car for more than 3 years now. They promised to update the record and after that I'll not receive any further calls regarding my old vehicle.
                                This is happening for last 3 years and I am really not happy about this incident.
                                Please help me by helping them updating my record.
