Pratham Motors — Regarding Customer Record Updation | |||
Date of incident: 4-Dec-2020. I have received two consecutive calls in my personal mobile number stating that there is an appoint I made with Pratham Motors for car servicing. I told them I sold the car for more than 3 years now. They promised to update the record and after that I'll not receive any further calls regarding my old vehicle. This is happening for last 3 years and I am really not happy about this incident. Please help me by helping them updating my record.
