This is very unfortunate that I have to raise a complaint.
I purchased a nexa ignis on 5th Dec 2021.
They made such a scene and rush for making the advance payment and booking. Finally the car registration process begun on 4th Dec 2021.
Now it's 4 months and I have not received the hard copy of the RC. The digital copy had incorrect address and the sales person Mr. Vivek said he will follow up with RTO to get it corrected and delivered to my address. I have been following up with him since 2.5 months and now he has requested me to raise a complaint here.
I'm highly dissatisfied with the customer service of Nexa Pratham Motors Sarjapur Road
