[Resolved] Pratham Motors — service not done, previous complaint closed without resolution | |||
Service was not done for the vehicle, whole drama played by you people. Satisfactory resolution was not provided, complaint registered was closed on your own.. Is this the way you treat your customers? How could the complaint be closed when i didn't accept the resolution offered by you to me. Irrespective of what ever be the state you want it to closed? Just because to close the complaint in specified timings you are closing them? How could you do this? Was this information helpful? | |||
