[Resolved] Pratham Motors — servicing of my car ka01mm6601 | |
When i submit my car for servicing the wiper spray was working fine but post servicing i found that the wiper spray was not working. I escalated the issue to channesh under whom my car was alloted for servicing. He routed me to santosh since he was on leave. I got the wiper spray motor fixed after 3 weeks of following up and now they charged me rs. 500 from me. Even the invoice of the part has not been given to me. Why should i have to pay for the part when it has been damaged during servicing. Please look at this issue Was this information helpful? | |
