I have an account in prathama bank dhanaura branch, district jyotiba phule nagar and i have visited this branch for the exchange of mutilated note of rs2000 which i had withdraw from bank atm but cashier said talk to my manager and bank manager behaved very rudely and said we do not return mutilated notes and you can return this note in moradabad.
