Sir i have a saving a/c no.[protected].in your branch of raamganga vihar. I issued a check of r's 2000/ to a party when the party go to the bank for cash the cheque. The manager & staff say to him that this check can't cash because the account holder not filled the kyc in her account. Sir according to the r b i guide lines kyc can filled up to 31st march 2018. That party says to manager about rbi guidelines. But manager did not done his job properly. So i requested to u please register my complaint.
