I’m anonymous, there are some problems related to my bank which is located at hussainpur hamir bilari road moradabad. The name of the bank is prathma bank, shimather branch. Branch manager do not know about how to operate the bank, and whenever we withdraw our deposited amount manager always asked for why are you withdrawing your amount. This is regarding about my fixed deposits in prathma bank branch 35190 mandi samiti hasanpur. I have three fds in this bank, all have matured.
I want to withdraw my money as i needed urgently. But bank manager's irresponsible behavior is out of my reach. I have gone so many times in the bank. But they don't take any steps regarding this.
