Praveen — Without my presence granted the loan

Hi dear sir / mada,

I lossed my Mobile on 26th July 2022, but i gave police complaint on 1st August 2022, because the theft person saying he will courier mobile to our address, but he is asking money 2000Rs, the conversation attached in below screenshot. Without my presence how do you gave loan i do not know, without signature and document proof, kindly Stop this fraudulent, i Never pay the loan because it is done from myself.
