Dear Sir,
Meter reading guy have taken out fuse without intimation. UPS and other house equipment will be on. In case if we are going out of station then we would have only switched off main DP switch reason is that we have ups battery which needs charging and Refrigerator to be on. Who is responsible for damages??? Battery is total dead can't be charged all expensive food items and groceries. Refrigerator is full of fungus and odour smell.
Bescom is going to pay this charges???
Bill payment made for consumer no [protected] . In March bill they have included arrears Rs1139 .for which payment was already made. This is heights of shame on BESOM.
