I am Manali one day I received a call from them they said we give captcha work you have to return it in 10 Days and you will receive 22000 out of which they will cut their charges for the first month I said send the Details the executive sent me an video about the work I asked him what is the procedure he said send your adhar card and email id, I sent it after that he sent me an agreement in which they had written if you fail to complete the work you will have to pay the registration amount which the executive never mentioned so I messaged him I don't want to work and suddenly on 3rd September I received a call from Advocate Avni Shah that you have to pay 4700 for the case against you where I explained her what happened and she was just forcing to pay the money or else you will have to go to the court and she had sent me a mail where it was written if you go in court you have to pay around 70-80K.She said after you pay the money NOC member will ask you some questions you have to answer it and you will receive the NOC after I Paid the money the NOC member said if you Want NOC Online you will have to pay 19000 and of you want to go through court You have to pay 60000 and when I said I don't have money he said Final amount you have to pay is 13000 when I said this to advocate she said She will talk to him and in few minutes I received her call saying that you manage to pay 8000 I will pay 3000 from her side and if you feel like giving me the give me or it's ok if you don't give then I said I will talk to my husband she started forcing me pay whatever you have or else she will Reopen the case and when I said no and then called her she never received my call neither do the NOC member Received the call or the executive of company. As one of my police friend and lawyer said she is a fraud send her the message for refund, I messaged her about reopening the case and refund, she never replied neither received the call or called back and suddenly today one member from supreme court calls me saying your case is reopened now what to do?
