Pre-Paid Taxi In Delhi Airport — Took 400 Rs. more at their prepaid booth in Delhi International airport.

Dear Team,
I had travelled on 13th May 2023 (Sat), from Bangalore to Delhi International airport. I came out and took prepaid taxi from their booth, the guy took 500 Rs, from me and showing me 100 saying I paid only 100 Rs, so kindly give him 500 Rs, note, but later when I checked I came to know that he took twice 500 Rs. note from me. They are doing this scam very frequently as I have seen many complaints against them like this and no one is taking any action strict action against them.
Request you to kindly help me on the same and I would appreciate if 400 Rs. will get refund.
