Preethi Mixer — Not working properly

Dear sir i have taken new preethi mixure grinder before 25days..it is totally waste mixure..when i run this mixure fume cames from that mixture. i went to customer care at kukatpally, hyderabad.customer care person told to me. wait our manager is not here . he will come & solve this problem..i wait there 2/3 hours. then i return from customer care office i want tell to public..don't buy preeti mixture regards kamar hyderabad
