I bought mixer grinder through Preeti website. I had a query regading GST invoice provided by Preeti. So called customer care and also wrote mail regarding it. Its been 4 days and still they are not able resolve my problem. Everyday when I call, they assure to rectify with utmost priority but in reality they never care about it. It seems like they dont have proper communication within their department. They contradict with each other. It will take 2 min to clarify my issue but they prolong it.
The funny part is that, product is delivered but they asked not to use it till the issue is rectified.
