I bought mixer grinder through Preeti website. I had a query regading GST invoice provided by Preeti. So called customer care and also wrote mail regarding it. We purchased Preethi zodiac Mixer Grinder from Pai International Vidyaranyapura, .
After taking the mixer grinder to home we were not able to remove the jar from the mixer grinder and we requested for replacement, but they have not considered our request and same set was returned to us.
Within 3 months of purchase mixer grinder stopped working, again we requested for replacement. But the same set was returned to us after 2 weeks and they are telling that there was some loose connection and now they have corrected it.
But still the noise is too loud and its not smooth to operate

Preeti zodiac cosmos food processor, creating head ache after every use because of High sound. Already changed part once.. same issue..since product is new to market m writing this.

It does not work properly. After i contacted the support, three guys came home and explained that your kitchen is not appropriate one that is why it is not working properly. they want me to destruct and construct again. I don't know whether they technician or vashu specalist.

I have purchased a Preethi gas stove from Nandilath g mart, Kannur, Kerala on June2020 now it is not working. Though I have lodged complaint to the service provider they have not turned up. It is disappointing to say that ur product is not at all to the expected level and ur service is poor. Please make arrangement for replace the product. Burner not working well

Purchased on 4th August and delivered on 8th August, motor not working and sparking . you not providing service in Bihar and kindly give denial letter regarding this.

Recently i bought preethi iconic wet grinder. Only one time i have used. When i am tried to use again motor is not running properly. I want replace for that particular product. Sathya showroom which is located in tirukovilur they are not taking steps to change the product this is big loss for me. They are irresponsible in answering. I have believed preethi brand is good. But that is totally waste.

The small burner in the middle of the glass top 3 burner black gas stove provide black smoke in the bottom of the vessels regularly. I bought it in 2017 december.

I use only preethi products viz., 3 mixer grinders from 1994 to 2018, preethi kettle etc. Eventhough my husband chose butterfly or prestige glass top 3 burner gas stove, i only preferred the preethi gas stove.

I bought a new preethi zodiac mg 218 on 22/9/17. From day 1 its not functioning as expected, making high noise and jars not getting locked properly. I went to the dealer and asked them to check it, but they couldnt fix it. No customer care people visited us to check the defective mixi as promised by the dealer. Being fed up with this, finally i registered a complaint with preeti customer care number [protected] on 28/11/17 with ticket number...

I have received a package from your company today by aramex courier (Ref no [protected])

I have received the package which contains one dress material. There is no order id and what i can see is only a reference id which says 18338 in the consignee details of the courier slip.

I remember not ordering any material on your site and this order has been processed/delivered wrongly to me. I had got a link on my fb and the link was gone through by me, added two dresses to my cart but never had i confirmed my order.

I had chosen two dresses and saved in my cart but did not confirm or process my order. To my surprise the order i received this morning is not what i actually chose or added to my cart and it is only one item.

I have made a cash payment to the courier as they will not accept returns.
I request you to kindly cancel/refund my order and arrange for the same.

Please let me know through email how i should proceed in regards to return the wrongly dispatched item and i would like to get the refund either through neft or alternate mode of payment to my bank account.

We had purchased Preethi blue leaf 750wats platinum mixie at Rs. 4890/- against MRP Rs. 6665/- from your Kurnool stores. Same product is available in Amazon and other online sellers at Rs. 4370/- only. We come to your store I good faith and trust that we will get products at competitive rates. But you had charged more than Rs. 500/- compared to market rates. It is no fair on your part to cheat like this.

Please expedite the reasons for charging higher rates

To, The BBMP Officer, We are staying in 19th Main, 1st"a" cross.(behind mobility india), JP nagar 2nd phase, Bnagalore-68. For the past 4 days garbage collection lady is not coming to collect the garbage. All the wastage are kept in the street for collection . Dogs & cats are tearing the plastic covers and wastage are spreading out. If it continues, then street will become stinky. Request you to allocate someone else to collect the garbage if appointed lady is not available.

I have purchased on[protected]. after two days onwards, it's giving troubles. (Sl.No. [protected] - MG 172).

While doing Wet Grinding(Dosa Batter) in Preethi Steel Mixer after 5 mts it's stopping. For 1 KG Dosa Batter it's taking 3 to 4 hours due
to your Defect mixer. We are afraid to using for Wet Grinding & hesitating to use your company mixer.

Yesterday (28th feb 2012) I have showed in Preethi Service Center in Bangalore (Raj Rama Mohan Roy Extn Branch).

They have tested like this

Dried Rice with Water they have grinded and they said it's working fine. I have clearly explained to them while doing wet grinding 5 Minutes, it's happening and they are asking me to bring Dosa rice for testing to services center.

First send your executive for testing to my home, so that they can know what is the problem. Might be they doesn't have that much patience for testing in Service Center. Today while doing Dosa Batter the problem is coming again and again.

Un-knowing i have bought this useless preethi mixer. I should have bought Morphy Richards. I don't want to use this no more.

Think from customer side, how customer will tell about your worst product to other customers?


I want money back for this mixer (or) It should work properly without giving any troubles to us (or)
I need to see other alternatives in consumer forum regarding this.
