[Resolved] Prestige Smart Kitchen — Dismal after sales service | |||
I had purchased an induction oven from the Prestige Smart Kitchen outlet in Baghbazar (Kolkata) last January.Two months ago I started having some issues with the oven and I deposited the oven with the same outlet it was purchased from. At the time of receiving the faulty oven I was given a date on which they would return my oven, it was 2 weeks from the day they received the item. It's been over one month now and they still have not returned it. The sales/service executives are putting the blame on the people who work at the service center. I don't know what it is, maybe the lack of communication between the franchises and the service centers or just poor work ethic but it is very annoying, inconvenient and harassing for the consumers.
