I recommend prestige save some money and close their customer service call centre if the solution provided by their agent Mr Rakshit is there must be shop near your home, call someone from there to install the stove bcoz we don't provide this service. I left the Prestige Atlas 3.0 Induction Cooktop on 11th October 2022 after using it overnight and the next day when I went to use it in the morning I found that there was no power supply. I bought this induction cooktop on 12th April 2022 and I have been using it till now without any problem but since yesterday it is not getting any power supply so I want to take warranty of it and send my new product and take it away....
