Hi Sir,
I lodged a complaint on Wednesday (9th March) over the phone regarding my gas stove whose one of the burners stopped working(not lighting). they said they would be sending a technician but since then no one came.I was wondering that how much time would it take to fix such a small thing.The customer representatives seem to be irresponsible regarding the above said complaint.I kept calling everyday as it is geting difficult to manage with only three burners but they don't seem to bother. What a service from them!!! Was this information helpful? |
