Prestige Smart Kitchen — Irresponsible behavior with Customer care service persons-Reg

I bought Prestige rice cooker 5 months before, but now its not working, more than 5 times i have complained with customer care but they didn't respond till now from 15 days i didn't get any response. very irresponsible and harassment behavior.
