Prestige Smart Kitchen — Not giving Service under Warranty

I have raised the complaint request on 15th Apr for the induction cook top, And after that day I have called more than 10 times, and every time customer care is saying that by evening you will get call from Service Centre, and I never got any call. Want to ask the question: When you will give the Service after Warranty expires? If you are not giving the Service under warranty, why are you mentioning on the policy that you will get 1years of Warranty at the time of purchase. Regards, Binod [protected]
