Prestige Smart Kitchen — not replacing the damaged kadai

I have purchased an induction cooker from your authorised dealer at Kollam on 12/09/2016, bill attached.

Along with that I received a set of non stick items comprising of a kadai, a tawai, and a fry pan.

On the same week of purchase the lid of the kadai was broken and we disposed it as it is a glass lid.

Now the non stick coating of the kadai is damaged and we showed the kadai to the shop from where purchased the items with warranty card for replacement. They advised to show the item to the nearby service station.

They collected the warranty card along with the kadai on 16/06/2017 and said that they will contact us without even giving a receipt.

After so much time nothing happened.
I have made several mails but nothing happened.
Pl. rectify the complaint rather than making customers fool of it.
