I am writing this complaint for a SCAM and fraud company "Preventive Health Care India". It's motive is to make people fool.
I got a call from Riya Khanna ([protected]) on 07th Sep 2016 regarding Platinum Healthcare Plan worth Rs 10000 for 6 members with 4 years validity and a large no of vouchres and products. At that time I ignored it but she again called me on 08th Sep 2016 and made many other promises to buy this plan. And then I made payment of Rs 10000 to Nitin Kumar([protected]) through my credit card.
But After that I checked the reviews of this company and decided to cancel my plan. I called her but she blocked my no. And on 13th Sep 2016, I sent a mail to PHCI mail id to cancel it and refund my amount Rs 10000. Please see below mail conversation.
I called them on No: [protected] more than 100 times regarding my refund. But every time they always made false promises like "Senior is not available", "Refund will be done on Monday in same Credit card", "Payment will be done tomorrow", "Wait till evening".
One day I got call again from no[protected] to buy same plan. Then I told her all about it, she suggested me to visit office and collect cheque.
Then I visited their office also 2 times. Then an executive named Pooja send me a mail regarding dispatch of cheque. But I am pretty sure that the cheque no mentioned in the same mail is fake. I called them many times for providing tracking id and name of the dispatching courier but they always say for waiting till today evening. And I am waiting since 10 days for the evening.
So these people are targeting more and more people to make fool by fake promises. They neither know any thing about customer service nor they behave right to customers.
At the end I am not able to receive refund till now.

It is to inform you that in below mail cards mentioned are pathology discount card but while pitching the plan details Ms Riya told me that cash less health cards will be provided. And after that I have not received any confirmation regarding the same promises which they have made to me. Though I tried to contact many times.
So I am not happy with this. I want to cancel the plan and to get refund of my payment.
And also it is my suggestion that from your end false promises should be avoided. So that customer will have faith on PHCI services whatever it will provide.
