Preventive Health Care India — reimbursement of the bills.

Address:New Delhi, Delhi, 411033

I had taken the policy from PHCI in the year 2016. For the first year, most of the bills were reimbursed, however the bills which were submitted at the end of the policy were not reimbursed. They told that all your bills would be reimbursed very soon and requested to renew the policy. So I renewed the policy for 2017 by paying an amount of Rs. 20, 000/. For this amount I would get a treadmill, BP monitor, Massager and a glucometer. As I didn't get these items from them, I said to cancel the policy. In return, they said that they will refund Rs. 10, 000/- and the left Rs. 10, 000/- would be used for the renew of the policy which we had taken previously. I cancelled the policy and got the refund of Rs. 10, 000/- from them. While taking the policy it was agreed that the PHCI will convert into EMI's. As it was not done, they agreed to pay the interest for it.

Since then I am following-up with them. I used to get new excuses daily for the reimbursement. They used to say the cheque will be drawn within 2 to 4 days. Sometimes they have also told that the cheque has been already dispatched, but PHCI never shared the cheque number nor the POD number. When we requested to transfer the call the Sr. Manager, they transferred to Rahul, Deepshikha, Abhishekh, Sudhir and Lalit. Even after continuously following up, I could not see any intention of my bills getting reimbursed nor the interest of the EMI being paid by them. Not a single voucher is used for this year.

From last three months I am following up, but I am getting the message that the number is not in service. Therefore, I was thinking of visiting PHCI and getting the matter sorted out personally, just to confirm that they are still available at the same office address, I sent a letter via speed post. And got to know that the office was shifted. But when we sent one of our friends who stay in Delhi, she said that there was another office at the mentioned address. It was not PHCI. So I left the hope and thought my money was duped.

Now, from last 4 days, I am receiving a call from Indian Healthcare by Ms Naina and has all the same benefits as PHCI policy. I spoke to her and requested to transfer the call to the Senior, the call was transferred to Mr Lalit once and next time it was transferred to Deepshikha. I also enquired about Rahul and Sudhir, she said that both were out. On going through their website www.indianhealthcare.ind.in I got to know that the cutomercare number and the address. So I contacted on the number[protected] and asked about the Sr. Mr Rahul, Deepshikha and Ritu. They said that they will be available in the evening. The present address is 106, Shiv Shakti Plaza, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi.

PHCI has changed the name to Indian Healthcare and still continues to dupp people.
