Hi,

I have been using Revv cars for quite a sometimes, and have been paying their the subscription fees on time, until April 2024. I lost my job in Feb 2024, and my struggle with finances started since then, still I somehow managed to pay the subscription fees until April 2024. After April it was getting difficult, so I cancelled the subscription with them, in May 2024, and handed over the vehicle on 12th May 2024. Post cancellation, I got a detailed email from the Revv Cars, mentioning the cancellation fees, and the revised monthly subscription fees, which needs to be paid for the months I used, before I cancelled the subscription. Which is of Rs. 33, 839/-

I have agreed to pay the amount, but I have asked them time till 30th June 2024, but they didn't agree and been forcing me to pay by 31st May, which I failed as I was personally struggling with finances due to sudden job loss.

Now, they have proceed legally, filled a complaint, and I got a call from the local police station. I have temporarily moved to my hometown, until I get a job, else they have created a mess within the society, which is completely unacceptable. Now, I would urge to file a complaint, and I will also file criminal complaint on Revv Cars for intimidating my reputations and for mentally torturing by filling police complaint.
