I ordered Bike accessories by Primo Customs for my bike which includes Bike crash guard and stand.
When attached the stand to bike it was jam I spoke with the dealer he told me it will get smooth after one to two months based on the working. So I waited for 3 months but the bike stand was completely getting jam and while riding it was touching the ground which is not safe.
So in December'22 I contacted him one more time and as per his point of view he told me to send a video of your bike stand, so I end him the video.
He told me that I will send you a new spring. He didn't too any action after saying that and I waited till March'23 and once again send him the video. He told me the same tory that I will send you the new spring but that time also he did not take any action. I tried calling him for 10 - 15 times but not picking my calls.
So after that I waited till June'23, carried same as earlier and tried calling from different number and he picked that call. So we had talk on the same issue and told me you send the contact number, address and pin code.
I send him the personal details but after that he haven't given me the further updates.
Now also I tried contacting 10-15 times a day and also by WhatsApp call but not picking up the call.
