I’ve ordered a customs seat for my Aerox scooter from Primo Customs on the 4th of March and it’s still not even shipped yet. They delay communication and keep delaying my shipment as they are not even sure when the package will get shipped. My money is already gone and there is less to zero response from Primo Customs. @primocustoms Mumbai. And they have not even initiated a refund and they keep saying they will. Order #15113...

I ordered Bike accessories by Primo Customs for my bike which includes Bike crash guard and stand.
When attached the stand to bike it was jam I spoke with the dealer he told me it will get smooth after one to two months based on the working. So I waited for 3 months but the bike stand was completely getting jam and while riding it was touching the ground which is not safe.
