On 9th of nov 2018 i went to prince hardware bajaj authorized service centre for free 3rd service. They denied for 3rd sevice as free, as they said it exceeds the 1 year warranty as per as firm tc (Terms and conditions) I accepted the firm tc & agreed for paid services because they are authorized dealer by bajaj. Job card no. Jc/24955 Phone no: [protected] [protected] Defect list:- 1, i raised a defect on steering handle bar getting slightly unbalance suspected cone set malfunctioning. 2, disc brake malfunctioning suspect disc getting over heated. Service rep. Recommendation:- 1, service rep re-tightened the cone set. 2, mr,. Ishwar service rep. Recommended me to change the disc pad, i agreed for them. Then after a day same defect is existing, disc getting over heated. Again i taken my bike on monday (Today) 12/11/18 to workshop i reported to them both defect existing after service rep. Dismantled the disc set found disk house, pad stead not even cleaned properly. Then i asked for the same. Why ur not cleaned properly? Mr. Sanjay tiwari (Manager) replied we know how to work so u don't ask question like this: Mr sanjay tiwari have to take action against firm services rep. Instead of service rep mr sanjay tiwari shouted against us in front of service rep.
