Prince Hyundai Ujjain — Complaint against Dealer

Respected Sir,
I bought the Aura car from Prince Hyundai Ujjain on 26 January 2020, I was told by the sales representative of the company, whatever features I had demanded in the car and I paid in full according to the features I asked. But in the car, display of video is not supporting, I called the car sales representative regarding the problem several times and made them aware, but they did not pick up many phone calls and ignored it. During the first service I asked to diagnose the problem of not supporting the video in the car. On that, they said problem is sorted out but when i checked it on myself by playing the video then again it was not supported in car . Hence till today the correction has not been done by the company . Till the problem is just as it was, now after final notice, I will file a case in the Consumer Forum against the dealer .
Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.
