I placed an order on PrintBlow.com on 1st November 2025 for Mini Photo Prints (7 pieces), Large Polaroids (2 pieces), and Film Strip (1 piece) worth ₹259.

The payment was made via Google Pay (UPI Transaction ID:[protected] to BullZoom, which appears to be the parent company of PrintBlow.

After payment, the order status shows “pickup not done” for several days and there has been no progress or shipment update even though the expected delivery date is approaching.

I tried contacting them through their listed customer support email ([protected]@printblow.com
) which bounced back as undeliverable. Their website “Contact Us” form does not work, and they have disabled comments and messages on Instagram. Online reviews and complaint forums (like ConsumerComplaints.in) show many similar complaints from other customers alleging fraud, fake tracking, and non-delivery.

I believe PrintBlow / BullZoom is engaging in deceptive and fraudulent e-commerce practices, taking payments but not fulfilling orders or responding to customers.

I request an immediate investigation, refund of ₹259, and necessary action to prevent further consumer loss.
