I placed an order on Printblow on 29th of June 2023 order number: #PRINT7362. According to the website the order is shipped via BlueDart on 1st July 2023- Waybill no: [protected]. Since 1st July the BlueDart tracking details is showing that it's in Lucknow service center- Online shipment booked but there is no other progress for the last 12 days. Its been 14 days since I placed the order and been in constant contact with them on mail where there respond is "We will check and get back to you." or "we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will get back to you with some positive". These e-mail doesn't seem like they are doing anything to make the process faster or issue an refund anytime soon. I don't want there product anymore, I just want refund of my money which is Rs. 270.75. To add to all this in there website the order shows completed, but I am yet yet to receive my product so the order is clearly no completed. Printblow is clearing scamming me and has no intention on delivery any time soon.
