Printblow — No delivery, unresponsive company

Unresponsive customer service. Been following up every week about my order. They informed that order was returned to the warehouse because I entered incorrect address which is highly suspicious. No details were provided about the order shipment or contact of delivery company or executive. Ordered placed in the first week of May but still not received. I wonder how long does it take to print & ship item’s accurately.
